My order was brought out to me so I didn't go inside. Service was good. Product was good.

Convenient location, not to far from anywhere in the Quad Cities! Friendly staff! NTI has a clean well lit location with off street parking. As with any dispensary selection changes. Prices are high like all Illinois dispensaries. (We all know this) Only negative I have is the loyalty rewards could be revamped. Spend $1000 and get $50..... just toss in a preroll from time to time.

Amazing set up and wonderful group of budtenders. Victoria was very helpful and she I feel she has been properly trained by the veteren staff to assist us medical patients.

The quality of all product is great and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The young man in the wheelchair does an amazing job keeping the line moving and really works at accommodating everyone! He is awesome!

I’ve started ordering online for pick up! It is very cool and goes smoothly. I can reasearch my products a little better too. However….maybe have a line for online ordering. I waited a really long time today, which is fine, but not what I want when I do online pickup. Otherwise, always love this place!

Always good stuff if you know ur stuff. Wait times still unpredictable, 1,2,hrs plus at times, 99% chance of not getting the same strain next visit, not enough quarters, too many eighths, not enough specials. Galena dispensary way awesome!

You're always being watched from the parking lot into the facility or "dispensary." Feels more like military compound with all the security and blatant display of it. Kills the experience in my opinion. Otherwise, the experience was quick, the staff is well trained and knowledgeable on products and the technologies within the store. I didn't see one person without a smile. Selecting a product on leafly is.a bit overwhelming there's just so many types of products.

Budtenders are nice, could have more variety of strains but biggest con is the sales floor is filthy. We come often and even new installations are covered in dust, lights don't look like they've ever been cleaned. Galesburg location is 1000x nicer.

The item was defective but they’re always good about making it right. Choose NTI over any other place. You will not be hit with hidden tax fees.

The option to order online was nice however the pickup process was horrible! What is the purpose of ordering online if you still have to wait at the store for 30 minutes?!? Fix this please!
