Nature's Treatment of Illinois - Milan (Medical & Recreational)

Was given a different product from what I ordered, and was charged $20 more than what the final total at checkout on the website was. Been coming here for years and this has never happened, quite disappointing.

I have tried other dispensary’s and none compare to NTI of Milan.Always a great experience.

I have been to a number of border dispensaries and in terms of physical plant, Milan is at the bottom. It's both low-rent in decor and low on maintenance. The staff are fine.

It’s very nice and easier to place your order online and then get emailed that your order is ready and then they now have a separate waiting line for the online orders. Great idea.

I recently started doing online shopping and this experience is the best way to go. However, most of the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable but lately they act as if they could care less and some even downright disrespectful. Isn't the way to do business. Can't wait to see the new place next door open. Hopefully I won't have to come back

My budtender took what I wanted to smoke. And I formed me of his favorite cross with Permeant Marker, went with it and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Top notch service. BEST DISPENSARY IN THE QUAD CITIES, HAND DOWN!!!!

Ordered something on sale, went to pickup, not on sale. Canceled order. Some how the order was carried over to the next day. Which wasn't on sale. No problem, still love the place.

Put in a pick up order like I almost always do--received confirmation that it was ready. But when I got there, not order for me & at least 1 item I ordered/had confirmed was not available. So yeah kind of an odd, messed up pick up that wasn't really a pick up at all.

I liked how I placed an order online and it took a few minutes to get in and out. As soon as I showed my ID the clerk looked at the ID and said ok let me take you off the list and went back to grab the product. I didn't even have to tell the clerk in the back that I ordered online. She already knew. 🙂

I had forgotten my sticker card, but the young man said he would just start a new one. He forgot and I forgot. I found my card when I got home, so I was hoping I could just bring my receipt in to get my punches. Is this possible?
