Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They fill online orders quickly and have excellent products. Their process is excellent and get you quickly on your way. Check their sale prices and save some money. HIGHLY recommended.

Prices are astronomical in comparison to dispensaries within a 75 mile radius. And yes, you would still save using the gas to get there. Nice store - but NTI is greedy af.

I've had the privilege to shop many dispensaries, from Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, Missouri and Galesburg ll. All have an awesome staff, I have never been disrespected or treated rudely in any way, all have that great atmosphere associated with the product and most have good prices. All else being equal, price is the only thing that's sets one dispensary apart from another. I will not shop Illinois anymore as the pricing is, in many cases twice the price of the rest. Illinois has had financial issues for years and this government has gone too far with their taxes. I feel sympathy for those that have to spend that much for their products.

The staff are immensely helpful and chill. No stress shop, if they're out of what you usually get, they offer options you wouldn't find without. So BRAVO staff and good products!!!

Always a pleasure going there . Friendly staff are always happy to help with anything you need- We drive from Port byron (even though fulton dispensary and milan are closer) because there's usually no wait time as I order online

This place is awesome. Great atmosphere, fast service, and above all, the staff are the best. They're not out to push sales and are genuinely trying to get you what you need and at the best price possible. I was in 2 weeks after a previous visit, and the woman at the counter recognized me and informed me I should have gotten a promotional item for my purchase last time that she hadn't been aware of, and she applied the promotion on the return visit! I'm consistently blown away by the service from this place!
