Ang was AMAZING! Hilarious and knowledgeable, the shop was good...small selection, good quality, reasonable prices. Will certainly return next time we are in CO!

I usually shop at Nature's Kiss. Today when I went in, the customer service representative was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. He was an older gentleman, possibly the oldest guy employed there. I asked what he recommended for pain and he responded with "Anything, it doesn't matter." Excuse me, but it does matter. That's why I'm the customer.
The CSR in question seemed like he was miserable and hated his job. In the future, if Nature's Kiss wants to keep customers, they should probably treat their customers with respect and not give them attitude. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending Nature's Kiss at this time.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we will be more then happy to help you, we have paper and pens to communicate, but here is the law according to the MED:
Per, M404 (B) , only patients with a valid registry card or caregivers are allowed in the restricted access area. A non-patient can be logged in as a visitor to enter the limited access areas, but only patients can enter the restricted access areas, which are specifically where medical marijuana is displayed and sold.

I was really disappointed. Great reviews but had to leave since I'm deaf and they wouldn't let my of age fiancé in solely to interpret.

They stepped it up since last time I was in there, in a biiig way. It looks great in there! There was also way more budtenders and, I was out in 5 mins. Not to mention daaaank buds. Favorite shop in Englewood hands down.

honestly the atmosphere is less fancy but the medication is amazing. the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they will work with you on deals for if you make them your caregiver. Also when other shops told me they had what I wanted and didn't natures kiss always does and its always amazing quality. This is my favorite place.

Not the best dispensary I've been too. They have a few good things but overall not many deals. Shake was pricey which says something. It's just a little run down looking inside. I may go back again but probably would recommend until I go back again.

One of the best shops on Broadway for concentrates for quality and price, especially if you make them your caregiver. Expect a more laid back environment, knowledgable bud tenders and a look into one of their grow rooms behind the counter.

Went into Nature's kiss for the first time. It wasn't good. I was released into the weed room after filling out my paper work. Nobody greeted me and I stood there with a clipboard just looking around. The whole experience of the place was awkward and weird. I felt very unwelcomed. I never got shown around and I just assumingly to a seat in a very tattered armchair. I took in my surroundings and it just felt...cheap. All the flower is in Tupperware cereal containers giving just shadowy silhouette which really bothered me for some reason. I picked out a strain that looked ok. I was told it was called booger but was labeled something entirely different. I'm still not sure he knew what he was talking about. I was rang up and the budtender scoops up my medicine with his hands to put it in the bag which really bothered me. they gave me a pre-roll which was the worst thing I've tasted in my life. and the weed I purchased tastes horrible. it's like smoking a dirty sock and I kind of feel like I just threw my money away. won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone. in a whole bad service sketchy looking store. and horrible product.

After 8 years with another dispensary for medical cannabis, Nature's Kiss has earned my trust and business! They are now my caregivers.
Great place, excellent people to work with, live clones too! IMO, as a member, lower prices than my old dispensary.
Wide selection on both sides!

First time visit and off the bat wasnt sure what to expect. I was a little moody when I went & Ed (the budtender who helped me) had awesome customer service regardless; also recommended two Indica strains that were exactly what I was looking for.

I had been a loyal shopper at NK for over 2 years, ever since moving into the neighborhood, spending thousands of dollars at that location, but I will never spend another penny there because of how shabbily and rudely I was treated by an employee named Christopher.
I bought a cartridge 2 days ago that failed from the first hit. About 10 percent of the normal amount came out. I even bought a new battery thinking that was the problem. It wasn't, it was the cartridge. No problem I thought, I'll just return it and get a replacement. Christopher tested it, saw that a minimum amount was coming out and refused the exchange. Please trust me when I say the cartridge was faulty. As I told Christopher, I would never lie and I even a bought a new battery to test it, but he refused and was quite rude about the entire matter. Christopher, you need serious work on your customer relations. I'll be back when I hear that you've been terminated.

GREAT DEPOT! Very friendly & knowledgable about products unlike 99% of the other places I've been to! I Love their concentrates, I rarley smoke actual weed but when I do they always hook me up with the best tasting stuff they've got! Seriously though why go anywhere else?

EDIT: called the store to speak with the manager who was condescending insinuating I am lying and called me a snowflake. He literally told me that they don't care because of my review I posted. IM DONE. I hope you go out of business. Unbelievable, wouldn't let me speak just told me I poured the oil out of the pen and I just want a free cartridge. Absolutely disrespectful and I'll be filing a complaint against the business for calling me names on the phone because he was upset I posted an honest review that didn't show his business in a good light.
Unfortunately have to post a review. Love this dispensary have been a customer for a couple years. I bought a cartridge yesterday, a green dot. Opened it at home noticed it looked low, never had it before so thought it was tilted or just couldn't see the oil. Took 10-12 hits and now it's super low. Called, took it in but they could only offer a discount, which is better than nothing but I don't want to buy the same product pretty much twice. I typically smoke flower. There's no way I would have smoked all of that overnight. The employees are great and I'm assuming this is store policy but that's not right, I believe it was defective and all I was offered was a small discount on another product. 3 years of spending money. Thousands of dollars. Would have thought $15-$20 internally to replace an item wouldn't be too much to ask for but I guess I was wrong. I'm just disappointed. I don't even want to write the review but I feel like it should have been replaced under it being defective. Again love the employees they're very nice but the business itself was I believe wrong in this case, it don't believe after all that money spent I run into an issue and can't be fixed over what's probably internal cost of $15 or so.
