I ordered 8 prerolls and opened the bag and had 4. After getting my medicine here for 6 months, I will no longer be coming to your place

Got way overcharged for a delivery, called to file complaint was told drivers carry no change. was over an hour late, would have been nice to know about no change, guess they can squeeze ya for a tip.

I used to love coming here because they had great deals and it seemed like they cared about medical patients. With the new recreational laws, they did away with all deals and promotions that benefited medical patients. Now they charge much more for items that I can get for cheaper elsewhere. Look at other dispensaries before coming here if you are a medical patient.

I called ahead of time to ask about referring a friend. When I get there 15min later after speaking to someone and driving there I was told different and was not honored what I was told. You guys just lost 2 customers that would buy 6g for $100 every week over 1 preroll. Stick to your word. Bull that you dont honor it after just speaking to the front desk person. Always a problem

I usually love this place for concentrates!I rack up coupons fairly quickly, the quality is great and so is the price (mostly) I went in to take advantage of a sale and the bud-tender who was really nice, recommended cactus cooler, so I got 2 gs. Got home and it smells and tastes like bad home made dabs. I can’t feel any effects either! The other 4 grams I got were awesome, but I am SUPER disappointed in the Cactus Cooler and I’m sad because I’m on a very limited budget and now I have 2 grams of dirt concentrate. Still love this place, but won’t get that strain again. Kinda weary now

Mario was great customer service. No rush, explained multiple items, got everything I needed.

Any half-educated grower/patient knows the prices have already been driven down in this state. Not only do they carry the same brand names & strains as everyone else, but they charge quite a bit more for those same products. A significant amount, actually. $15 a gram for the same stuff I can pay 10 for down the road? $350 oz'.....for what? As a local professional and patient, this is disturbing. Can't wait to see these types of businesses drive out of the market.

This place is great... when they actually have product to sell! It's is absolutely infuriating to look a menu online, really figure out what you want, and then go in and be told they are out of the specific product. I could understand if it was an uncommon occurrence, but it's not! EVERY EFFING TIME! ...and it's not just one thing! If you go in looking to get 5 different items, they'll be "out" of 4 out of the 5 items. Then, you're up sold "something similar" that costs $10 to $20 more! Cmon man!!! Eff!!! How the crap is 1/2 gram of a sativa shatter "similar" to an 1/8 of indica flower!? Are you effing serious!? Boo! :/

First of all, everyone who works here is very friendly and I am impressed by their customer service. I've been here two or three times before and I was overall pretty satisfied with my experience. After their recent price increase for medical patients, and the quality of the product on my last purchase, I can no longer recommend this place. Most recently I paid extra for two of their "top shelf" eighths, one of which being their Girl Scout Cookies strain, and it's bad. To be quite honest I haven't gotten an eighth this bunk since I was getting ripped off in High School. Tasted nothing like GSC should taste, harsh even with a vape, and VERY minimal effects after multiple bowls. I honestly am suspicious that I even got the right product... The other eighth reminded me more of the quality I was getting before, but its still the mids I've gotten used to accepting. Tucson is in a rough spot...

The bud tenders are fine, but the product is not great, also they false advertise on their delivery. In person they are also the slowest dispensary by far. Selection is poor and house flower quality is bottom tier at best.

used to be my go to dispensary but with the price hike and inconsistencies on flower I'm out .prop 207 really screwed us med patients

I have religiously been a customer of Nature’s Med. for almost 2yrs. the pricing and quality is outrageous!!! It seems like you had a wonderful thing going with specials and than you got greedy....so sad 😞. It was cheaper to drive to Phoenix with deals that are still offered with no excuse (of not available) and even quality was there with-professional /knowledgeable bud tenders . To bad you treat Medical M. clients like that. Shameful.

I have had my Medical card since March of 2016 and this is my first time buying an 1/8th where I had to clean out the weed for seeds, baby seeds. I use to get better Mexican than what I purchased. come on get your shit together

I had thought I would need to shop around to find the best dispensary after I received my card. Fortunately Nature Med was my first stop and it will be my last as there is no need to look further. Each visit I have made was a pleasant, easy transaction. The staff couldn't be nicer and the selection is great. I have tried most of the menu and am yet to be disappointed. The prices are great and there is always a special of some sort it seems. Bottom line is if you want great meds at a good price while dealing with a courteous, friendly, and professional staff, Nature Med is the place to go.
