Long story short a bad experience at YB led me to stumble upon this wonderful collective. Lots of great choices of flowers, concentrates, edibles and more. Jenna was my bud tender and she was super chill and knowledgable. SHE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL RUSHED OR BAD THAT I ASK QUESTIONS. I only purchased a gram of the budlets and still received a CHOICE of new patient gift. I'm super happy and can't wait to go back and try more. Oh yea they are dog friendly and have awesome incentives to come back. Besides the good flower and awesome atmosphere!

This shop has a lot of good flower options. I like the Original Jack Herer eighths. It would be nice if the vendors would offer the Shop larger prepackaged quantities.

Service is top notch Selection is bountiful You cannot leave this place U satisfied! Hands down best dispensary. I would like them to come up with a killer homegrown pure sativa....that would create a cult following. However, you can't beat this place, period!

best shop for top notch strains always are polite and hook it up. very friendly vibe in the place and even the front desk people seem happy to be at work. only place where they seem to never run out of bud either. they also have a lot of edibles and concentrates. you will not be disappointed.

I love Natural herbal for their impeccable customer service. They always seem to have shaded parking, safe lock ups for bikes, and is in a convenient location, near Monterey rd.-tully-101. They have clean bathrooms, accept credit cards and debit cards. They have a great loyalty program. And always have my zzzs drinks nice and cold.👌
