Native Roots Dispensary - Longmont - Medical

After nearly a decade shopping there exclusively … I'm done. They are constantly running out of the products I buy and absolutely refuse to contact me when they restock them. Some of the staff are very nice, but there are definitely a few jerks there who have no business in retail, but always seem to be behind the counter being rude to everyone. Like today, when the front desk person made me wait (medical patient) for a delivery guy - not the other way around - then they were out of what I needed, and I left after wasting my time there. Cannot tell you how many times I've gone there and waited 15-20 minutes only to find out there were out of what I wanted. Yes. You can call ahead and be put on hold and wait forever for consistently inaccurate information, but it's a massive waste of time there either way - whatever you chose - does not matter. So, if you are like me and prefer consistent products and reliably good service, GO ELSEWHERE! If you don't mind being treated like crap and given no respect, taking forever and a day waiting only to have to settle for something you really didn't want, by all means shop here. Yes. They pretend to have a online buying process, but it does not work - or never has for me. My order is always either cancelled or not ready. Yes. They pretend to have a process whereby they contact you when they re-stock products, but in nearly a decade nobody has ever contacted me for this. NOT. EVEN. ONCE. Though I've signed up for it many, many times. It's a real shame, but there is now LOTS of 420 competition in Longmont, and this place only got going when they were the only ones around. Goodbye!

I have had multiple terrible customer service experiences at the Longmont location. I will not return. The managers have been bud tenders there for far too long. They need some customer service education. They need some compassion. They do not know how to work with people with disabilities. So disappointing. Will not return.

Great peeps

The quality is always great, the bud tenders are always friendly, and helpful, and the wait time is usually minimal. They used to have a decent pre-order system but since they switched to Leafly, it's unuseable. Med and Rec aren't seperate in the system and I've had zero luck with it. I highly recommend Native Roots as long as you don't use pre-order.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I love this place. I mostly use concentrates and their sauce and wax are AMAZING. Cam (or Kam not sure how he spells it) and Sylvia are great to talk to and super knowledgeable (p.s. med member prices are amazing)

They had to make changes due to the world we live in today. Med patients can go in the building, like normal. Rec people have to order online, which is no biggie. My only issue is being told that it will take 20 minutes then I wait for almost an hour. I got a confirmation text saying it was ready and voila, nothing in the system. So the guy goes and checks, whoop, there out our what I ordered, yet someone thought they would just say it's ready, brilliant. So, that made me irritated. Most workers are filling orders. No more explanations or answering stupid questions, just filling orders, yet it took an hour to not get something they didn't have... maybe someone can work on that....if that's possible

Liked that they took debit cards - using an ATM at the POS. The budtender was very friendly. The integration with Leafly was helpful and convenient, too.
