Native Roots Dispensary - Longmont - Recreational

I guess I spoke too soon when I left my 1st review about Native Roots. I'm upset that I cannot erase or even edit my last review. I've never had any issues or problems with the people that work there until just a while ago. These people get paid to work there, and make sure the customers get what they asked for, and answer any questions or concerns that we have. To be rude the way she was makes me not want to come back there. I'm very disappointed...

I ordered online and picked up later. Everything was right and price as well as service was excellent.

This is hands down my favorite place to be! Great prices and the staff is always on point with the customer service!

Not the place for bud anymore. They charge too much for bud OTD compared to other local dispensaries that have same or better quality flower. They lack deals that would make it worth coming on. Otherwise they’re good for some edibles and concentrate cartridges, but that’s about it.

super nice small shop. insane deals on their house products. shop the sales. Jamie was also super knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice for new travelers

Ordered online at 6:00 pm and only received order confirmation. Decided to call Longmont store to check on my order at 7:30pm. No electronic update on this order. Store advised that order had been ready and come pick up same. When I got to the counter, the order was not ready. Is 1.5 hours for an online order reasonable ??

This is my new stop after straying from my normal pot shoppe to try something different. I was decently happy with my previous "go to" dispensary but after trying the products from Native Roots, I have a new fave!! I spoke with Adam behind the counter who is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my purchase to me and to give me ideas on different products which i'm sure are top-notch quality. 5 stars on the product and 5 stars on the service. Ask for Adam..... he knows what he's talking about:)

To be clear, this review is regarding the dispensary practices as a whole. It is most reflective of upper management decisions. The staff at the store are incredible and the store manger is a knowledgeable, on hands, personal relationship with the patients kind of manager. Unfortunately, upper management keeps changing and the ripple effect on the patients is devastating. After 10 years as one of their EPC patients with a very severe condition, I am sadly ready to go elsewhere. The company asks for your loyalty but is choosing to offer none in return. Over the last 6 months to a year, each new regional manager is making aggressive changes to their medical marijuana policies to the point I feel they have abandoned their goal to provide affordable, quality medicine to their patients. Every agreement has been tossed without so much as a conversation. It is a very disappointing turn towards nulifying the boundaries between recreational and medical needs. Native Roots used to understand this is a life saving medicine for some of us.
