Native Roots Dispensary - Littleton - Recreational

Everything is overpriced!! I purchased an edible there once because I was already there and their flower was NOT impressive at all. I decided to give them another shot, due to their hours and the amount of time I had, but walked out without buying anything since 6-9% THC with almost no CBD count was what they had to offer for a .5 gram pre-rolled. I will say that I am a fan of the hours and it's one of the nicest looking dispensaries I've been to in CO. I just wish they had better prices or at least bud that matches the prices they're charging. Until that happens, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere!

my wife who is medical patient paid $118 for an oz of what's supposed to be Candyland. it's only 9-14%... did her no justice and we're out of $118. the main reason why she has a caregiver

I am used to recreational marijuana stores in Seattle. Going into this place feels like a doctor’s office. You feel uncomfortable in the lobby waiting for your name to be called. You can’t just walk in and see the weed. This is really a bad customer experience. I’ve been to this place twice as it is near my home. The first time I walked out because I hated the waiting room experience. The second time, I made to the back, but the bud tender was very rude and arrogant. She seemed insulted by simple questions about her product. She could not set me up with a simple battery pen and a preloaded cartridge. After about 45 seconds of dealing with this person I left. There is no wall of weed to look at. It’s more like going to a drugstore counter. For me, the experience was abysmal. I will never go back. Compared to Seattle weed stores, this place would not stay in business. They need to go back to the drawing board and understand customer service.

Rude workers. My fiance called in today to see what was available for shatter on the med side the employee said that she couldn't share that over the phone. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke with Jennifer who was able to tell me all of the shatter strains they had available. This is not the first bad experience. This company's ego is too damn big.

I walked in the atmosphere and logos were cool. Even their website was... but then I went to visit and was not as impressed. Selection was limited to 10 flowers on the shelf, I asked for a gram of one & didn't have it. My second choice didn't have a pre weighed gram... I guess I'll take my third choice. The 2$ ATM fee on top of that for using a card, plus my own nonbank ATM charge made it an expensive & unimpressive trip. Don't think I'll be back

This is the kind of place that truly gives dispensaries a bad name. It was a 20 minute wait to come up completely empty handed. The only strain I went there to get was Sour Tsunami, but, I was willing to settle for some Harlequin. Instead I was informed they didn't have ANY high CBD strains available. The dude even had the gall to ask me "where did you hear we had that?" Leafly, the clarion f-ing call of the weed world in Colorado. Alternatively, it is being advertised on the flat screen in your fucking lobby as one of your award winning strains no less! Seriously, take a note dispensaries, regularly update your menu on Leafly. People carry smartphones and have these super convenient things called apps. You don't have to be Marcus Lemonis to realize that being incompetent with technology is now costing you business. I walked out of your store without buying shit, your salesman didn't even attempt to to salvage a sale from me.

Overpriced and the flower is loosely trimmed you can find an ounce almost anywhere in Colorado for $140 and under they charge $170 outrageous.

Employees are nice, atmosphere is nice, prices are absolutely whack and upside down. Most expensive dispensary with subpar strains in the Littleton area. It’s extremely irritating that this dispensary is within walking distance of my house, and is the worst price point dispensary in the southwest Denver area. Every day when I drive past it on my way to work, I’m hoping that it’s closed, and my eyes are blessed with seeing another dispensary sign on it saying ‘coming soon!’ Just keep driving

ID checker was rude. Pre rolls came with more stems than I leave in an oz of cut bud. Gave me a massive headache and ruined my day.

I've been to this location twice - the first time they scolded my brother for talking to me. The tender was abrupt and hurried me along. I didn't feel like I could ask questions and she acted like I was wasting her time. Okay, could be a one of interaction. I went yesterday and felt herded through as fast as possible even though I was literally the only customer there. A different lady waited on me and she was irritated to have to help me. Rude. I will never go back. I've been to dispensaries all over Denver and the only negative experiences were at this location. Employees seem to hate working here.

Its not the location its the people. I called and a nice lady answered all of my questions, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

If I could rate this dispensary zero stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. I go to many dispensaries because everyone has different things to offer. My friend recommended that I go to Native Roots in Littleton because of some great edibles she had bought in the past. I called ahead to ask how their process worked because of the current Caronavirus pandemic. (Most dispensaries are doing curbside) The lady who answered the phone acted like they were annoyed that I even called. I brushed it off. Being an essential employee myself, I understand how this virus is scaring people everywhere. Anyway, I decided to pre order on the site and just go pick it up. When I got there, the lady at the front was rude. The way you greet people as they walk into your store should be welcoming. Native Roots front ladies were not! I even tried to make a little joke and got nothing back besides being her being annoyed that I wasn't in the system. I was then allowed to go to the back to grab my pre order. The guy who helped me, AGAIN, not friendly. It was an annoyed what do you want kind of thing. I got my bag and it was just a here you go kind of attitude and no thank you have a nice day. I understand that this is a stressful time for everyone out there but to treat your customers the way not just 1 but 3 of your employees treated me is ridiculous! I will never return to this store again. Nor will my friend. This place should be ashamed of the way they treated me and even the people who came in behind me. Feel blessed that you even have a job at this time. If anyone is interested in a dispensary that can actually make conversation, are very helpful and actually smile, I would recommend going to Trees dispensary off of Federal and Belleview. I have always had a very pleasant experience while going there.

Native Roots is well branded and runs good specials. This location does well because it's the closest for the Littleton rec crowd. However, the service is hit or miss. Some are knowledgeable, some are not. Depending on time of day, there will be a wait. I've never been impressed by their flower. I only go for convenience and the online order feature.
