Front desk staff is always great! The sales staff are really a hit or miss. Today, and one other time, I get this bud tender that really knows how to push a sale, but you really need to work on your attitude when a customer actually knows what their talking about, and can plainly see what’s on your guys shelves. And most great sales persons doesn’t call anyone “baby”, or “sweetie”. It’s degrading, disrespectful, and honestly annoying. I asked for a particular Stizzy product, and you didn’t have it. I asked again if you had any other kinds, and even said I saw it on your self on the other side of the store. You decided to lie to my face and say that you had no other brands at that time that had “4 or 5” prerolls in a pack. I asked you to then look at said product that I saw, and WOW it was another stizzy w/5 rolls it. Then I asked for two, and when I get home, I see a free pre roll in the bag and on the receipt. So tell me why you didn’t even mention to us about that deal? Because you cared more about your sales than the customer.

(Lemmon Location) I picked up an order about an hour ago. Placed it for curbside pickup but ended up getting down to get it since the parking was full. When I went to the window to show the older man my ID. I informed him I haven’t been to this dispensary or many so I wasn’t sure where to pick my order. He gave me an annoyed look and sarcastic smile then said I could pick it up there at the window. He checked my ID, I stood in that same window patiently waiting to step over to the window on the left where you pay. I wasn’t holding up a line behind me there was only one person in front of me. Instead of the older man taking a minute to direct me with words to say “ma’am you should move to the left” he instead decided to get up out of his chair to mock me. By going over to the line I should’ve been standing in. Once the customer left I turned to get in the other line and the older man was there and proceeded to say “Oh you want to stand in this line now,? Good choice” and repeated himself as he walked back to his chair “good choice”. I won’t take disrespect from petty, creepy, workers especially older man that can’t be polite and use words rather than wasting life on being rude. Although i’m young i’m not ignorant and won’t be coming back. I wish I would’ve got his name.

I really like the people that work here. Drive to great, but the people are what makes me want to come back.

Everyone at the location has always been very helpful, I go here often because its close to home and the people here are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and willing to take care of all customers no matter what kind of help they need.

I’ve never had a bad experience in this place. The employees are knowledgeable and informative when helping you make decisions on which products to try and buy. The atmosphere is friendly, chill, and clean. I love coming here and always recommend.
