Mountain Remedy

As a new medical marijuana patient, I had to review local dispensaries for customer service, product quality and pricing to decide on which service to use. I was very impressed with Mountain Remedy and Rob, who spoke with me about my medical needs and his recommendations for which strains would be most beneficial. I was very impressed by Rob's professionalism and helpfulness on the phone. He even came to deliver my cannabis in person, and explained the strains. There are many local dispensaries to choose from, but Mountain Remedy's range of products, very competitive pricing, rewards and referral program for customers, and outstanding customer service are outstanding. Rob, you rock!

The people at Mountain Remedy are very friendly, helpful and professional. They have the best prices around and the best selection and quality.(and I have shopped). I have used other places (not anymore) and this is by far the best. I smoke about an ounce and a half every 2 weeks so I need a place I can count on and sells bulk and this is the place. Did I mention I've tried all the other places and this one's the BEST!!?

Only had delivery so far, but the service has been excellent. Great products, friendly staff and reasonable prices compared to other dispensaries. Deffo recommend!

I'm new to the area and tried their delivery service. Super smooth transaction. They texted me every step of the process and when the driver would be here. The driver was super awesome and personable and I would 100% reccomend their quality.

A truly amazing place. i'm pretty sure I reviewed (positively!) this place a long time ago, but today, when I was ordering the person who answered the phone went to the trouble of looking up how many purchases I had made without taking advantage of their 'get a free $40 item (or off purchase total) every so many purchases' deal. I had lost card after card and kind of forgot about it, they looked it up, seeing how many I had, they even asked a co-worker to make sure they had found all the purchases and as it turned out, I had 2 I could use, they called me before delivering offering to honor both 'freebies' that I had accrued, and let me do it on that same days order! (Perfect timing as it helped me to stock up, just as I take on a huge new VR Game Development project (cloistered with my computer for weeks! LOL :) I never would have known but for their honesty and diligence. The other great thing with them, is there prices are always nice round numbers with Tax included (not that you'd know their prices are so good,) I'll try another place very occasionally, and suddenly I'm paying $80 plus tax, for an 1/8th that doesn't have that special crystalline quality or the feel of a 'curated' collection that 'The Mountain' supplies consistently (THOUGH- I would love to see 'G-13' come in more often ;) Even their Smalls (I only use a one hitter anyways :) are amazing, and though HUGE Deals, are the same Great Reliable quality... Right now, they have a $75 1/2 (that's a half not a quarter!) ounce, of 'Howie Rolls WEDDING CAKE Smalls'... I got that today and it is as good as any premium nug I've had, the nugs are fine size by me! and there ZERO SHAKE/STEMS in the 'pouch' Truly a bag o' nuglets.. ;) THANK YOU!!

Can't say enough good things! Quality tested products, great staff and quick deliveries. They make the choice easy!

Not only are their drivers awesome but whoever is behind the texting is awesome as well. The worst experience I've had was a faulty vape cartridge that they had a driver bring out a replacement for and had me try to make sure it worked (they had someone out less than 10 minutes after I texted). Deliveries are always faster than I expect and other than their GPS being wrong every time (not their fault) and sending them a door down they're pretty much perfect. Only real negative is that they randomly keep taking off the kiva cookies my fiance and I like! (btw bring back the toffee ones guys that was the single best cookie ever WHERE DID IT GO)

My wife just ordered and we make a habit of gratitude by leaving good reviews for businesses that treat us well. I have to say this place is top notch. They were so helpful while we both took our time to decide on what we wanted to order. Before we knew it the delivery arrived and we are happy!! They had change for us and the driver even took the time to tell us how to fit our vape pens on the battery. Thanks to these lovely people for their service and dedication to the customer. We need more businesses like Mountain Remedy out there!
