Moss Crossing has the best flower I’ve ever smoked hands down. Nothing beats the frosty huge flowers here. The atmosphere is calming and aesthetically pleasing. The bud tender Kayla is especially great!! The most down to earth bud tender I’ve ever had help me before. She always has a lot of knowledge about cannabis and seems passionate the whole time she is recommending a strain or product. :)

Moss Crossing has some of the best staff and bud around. While the "deals" aren't exactly the highlight, the quality and the human interaction that you get from this place are top notch. No one trying to rush or up-sell you, everyone who works here is more than willing to take their time and help you find what suits your interest. I came in last year after undergoing a physically and emotionally tolling operation, and even though I didn't have any obvious, outward signs of the recent surgery I had just undergone, the staff still gave me such a personal and emotionally supportive experience. I didn't have to explain my situation for the girl (Darian) working to understand that I was in some serious need for not only weed but also genuine human connection. Moss provides an invaluable experience and it will remain my favorite spot in Eugene (possibly all of Oregon). Thank you Moss Crossing!!

this place is the bomb. very clean and professional and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. i purchase from moss crossing regularly and im always satisfied. they have cool stickers also which makes me happy.

this is one of the best and most friendliest dispensaries out there. staff is truly amazing and helpful. when you need you this is by far one of the friendliest dispensaries out there. I was pretty disappointed in my most recent visit, which is sad because I really like Moss Corssing. The first few times I went here I had great experiences which is why I went back. This time around though I got myself a .5 g of their Galactic Jack vape pen w/battery. After I got home and took an actual look at the pen it was realized it was about half empty. The gram of Grape Ape was still amazing along with their service while I was there, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the pen this time around. I recommend to anybody buying on of their pens w/battery to check and make sure you have a full cartridge.

MOSS CROSSING! The Interior atmosphere is softly lit and sophisticated. The staff is Hospitable, knowledgable, and really fun to talk to! They have an excellent variety and quality and I always leave feeling uplifted. More businesses should be like this.

This store is in a beautiful location right next to a very nice market. The staff are very knowledgeable about their product. These people are some of the most friendly people I have met. It's very easy to come in and talk to them without feeling like you are annoying anyone. Their product is amazing and their service is even better. I would recommend Moss Crossing to anyone.

It's my go to despencery for good bud that's not to cheep with a nice selection of both top shelf and lower end options. The staff there loves when I bring in my dog and I actually look forward to running out of weed to go get more !

I am not a regular smoker and wanted to try vaping. The ladies at Moss Crossing were so kind and friendly. The bud tender took her time with me and was so helpful. How great to actually have a friendly neighborhood weed store! Unless I'm looking for a strain that Moss Crossing doesn't have (Blueberry Diesel, and only just recently), I have no reason to go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the frosted glass door, you're made to feel as welcome as can be. They're even nicer than the folks next door at the Friendly Street Market! I think Moss Crossing has a small waiting room in their small lobby, but I can't be sure because I've never had to wait out there. The beaming, smiling receptionists welcome me back after a quick check in every time. The decor is very classy and minimalist. And I absolutely LOVE their logo routed into that gorgeous wood and stuffed with moss (natch!). Their logo is also my last initial, so I'm only too happy to sport my Moss Crossing baseball cap around town! The budtenders are all super friendly and seem to know their stuff (Gary is particularly in tune with my tastes and personality). They always treat me (and my visiting in-laws!) with patience and respect. Their selection is nicely presented, and enthusiastically suggested when needed, and they often have fun little specials and promos. I kind of don't want to post such a glowing review, because I want to keep the place a secret just for us in the neighborhood, but Moss Crossing deserves all the success that's sure to come to them, so I'm happy to support them.

Great pricing, great selection, great staff! My favorite location for its comfortable atmosphere, doesn't feel like a hospital or tattoo shop like most places, it's affordability, and it's wonderful, pressure free and knowledgeable staff and its wide variety of quality and pricing. Highly recommended by this guy!

Cool place, friendly staff, but wayyy over priced. 18.75$ is what they're charging for a few of their top shelf flowers. I got 2 grams for 19$ and some change and that was after a 15% discount. Now as I'm sitting at home loading a bowl, I've found that the product is not cured well at all, very wet still. Probably won't be visiting this place again
