I was completely new to the world of cannabis after deciding to make the switch from narcotic pain killers. I went in with a million questions and the staff was extremely receptive, welcoming and patient. I have received nothing but amazing service at this shop. Their rotating deals are always great.

Have been coming here regularly for over a year now, and folks, this is THE way to run a business. Never one single issue, which I can't say for any other shop I've been to. The quality is great, they almost always have my favorite strains, the people are always friendly, helpful and polite, and never have I encountered an over-baked bud tender (a pet peeve). Good, consistent prices, and NEVER even a short gram. Great operation here!

Mindrite is a place where you go to get your mindrite. It's a place where the bud tenders are pushing into getting what they like. They listen. And I am OMMP (medical) and they always serve me immediately. And also have quality cannabis every time. #1 in Portland

I'm new to the whole medical marijuana thing...so I heard from friends about this place. I went in, explained what I thought I needed and why. The guys were very patient with all my questions, and understood my need was not to "get high" (although not opposed, it's not my primary purpose here). He made a couple recommendations to get me started. They were non-judgemental and my experience was very pleasant. I have since gone back and modified my order - based on my conversations with them and with my experience and am very happy with the results. Thanks!

Great service and amazing product

They are usually pretty friendly here. The prices are mid-range. I like how they have flat rates. They have a mid-grade price, and they have a high-grade price and that's it. No crazy high prices, but not the lowest prices either. They do pretty well with their quality.

I asked the employees there to give me something Indica. I stated that Sativa's give me migraines. I came home to find out I was given Sativa dominant hybrid. Not a good move. The guys were kind but clueless. Do any dispensary's know anything about cannabis? Rhetorical question. Do your research!

2nd time in they didn't have my usual Ghost Train so the tender recommends Gorilla Glue #4...no bueno! 3rd time in I pay for G.T. but it wasn't happy and made you want to sit on the couch. Asked for a discount next time around since I bought 2 grams, dude says no and wishes me a good weekend

I miss you guys...hoping to see expansion in order to stay with the store that keeps the quality I have come to know and love in Portland with the new laws we are seeing change and grow for the home-bound and overworked! ;) If not, recovery is on the road...maybe I'll get to grace your doors again soon!! it was awesome. the place it has a peaceful yet happy atmosphere the people are way nice and have fast friendly service. gotta go there again and always.

Location is so close to the Pearl. Love the staff they take time to care. Very important when you have specific needs

Super convenient location

Being a new OMMP cardholder and patient I didn't know what to expect upon entering my first dispensary but I gotta say I was just blown away at how classy this little place was! Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find a great topical oil for my arthritis and even threw in a free cookie! Thanks guys and I for sure will be back!

Best store I have ever been too. Everything they have is top shelf, even the mid grade. we got Mr. Nice and it was the best eighth I have ever gotten for that price! They even have ladies night with all lady vendors! I'm in love with Mind Rite. The owner was working reception and budtender and he was super awesome! Showed us almost everything. The store and displays are absolutely GORGEOUS. It was so put together and quaint. I love love love! And they are open till 10 on Sundays! Will deffinately be back. Check it out!! ❤

My new favorite dispensary. Great location and super nice vibe. Well organized with a focused but thorough selection of everything. Really knowledgeable and helpful as well. Very happy to have found Mind Rite!!!

I am a frequent customer of this store. I live super close and stop in to buy honey sticks and carts pretty often. they're super nice in person, however, more recently when I call, I get a rude budtender on the phone when I ask if they have honey sticks- because sometimes their menu isn't updated with it... instead of just putting me on hold and checking- as his job is to do. I'm told to look online, which I already did as I explained. then I get attitude copped with me, and told that they are up front and don't know what's on the shelves in the back... as if it's asking too much to put me on hold, get up and go ask someone. I was left not knowing the answer to my question, and a snarky budtender who just was too lazy to get the answer. this is now the second time that I have experienced this level of "effort" with the employyes of mindrite. please educate your budtenders on the importance of customer service, even on the phone, as well as the product/changes you keep in your store. thanks!
