Never been here,saw great reviews thought I’d give it a try since I was in the area because my place was closed. Got checked in and was ready to go back the lady was rude from the get go as if I was a huge inconvenience not much of a welcoming at all and then was told my husband can’t go back with me. i knew then this was not a good place for me. I have never had this problem anywhere I’ve been EVER. I refused to go back and left and took my business elsewhere. I have social anxiety on top of everything else and can’t stand to be in a unknown place alone. i completely understand policy’s are there for a reason but this was just plain customer service and super embarrassing...This is like going into a Drs office and the receptionist saying you can’t have someone with you. This was a horrible experience and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I absolutely will never be back.

I used to frequent this location, but it has seriously gone down hill. In terms of product and employees. They only let one person back at a time and only have one employee working resulting in long wait times. I went in for a refund and the girl before me said she was waiting for 30min. We then sat and talked for another 10min until we were helped. The employee I dealt with today lied about being not only the manager, but the owner of the location before throwing money at me and telling me to get out. After another overcharged me for products I purchased the night before. I am waiting to hear back from the real manager to report. (I may update this review after I hear back) It's sad to see a good dispensary go so far down hill. The employees seemed a lot happier, knowledgeable, and eager to help, but something has changed. Nobody seems to know the deals or proper discounts, let alone how to ring something up. Which isn't a comment on the overcharging, but like the last two times I went it took them forever to ring me up because they are alone and don't know what they are doing. Overall not worth your time and money. There are plenty of better dispensaries around. I suggest Fire Leaf.

Super overpriced and didn't even get offered a first time patient discount. They have 4 flower choices (that's it) to choose from. AC wasn't working and she rang up the wrong price and tried to overcharge me initially. It was still expensive when she fixed it though. It was my first time and my last.

Super customer service and the always have deals. Best of all you get store credit with purchases. Trey is my guy. Go see him and the rest of the fine folk at Midwest Cures.
