Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Was quoted an hour and a half and an hour after waiting was told it would be another hour. Never have I ever had to wait at any dispensary that long. The two times I went, the females checking me in were extremely rude as well. It’s not my fault you guys are busy and you don’t want to do your job. Overall, they have some decent products, I mean most of them aren’t actually their products though so that doesn’t say anything. I’ll come if they have good deals, but other than that, no thanks. Not worth it.
Bud tenders and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! Smooth process all the way thru.👍

Good but it’s may 8th and I picked up last night and got a concentrate harvest from 2 months ago I didn’t know it was old till I popped it open and noticed there was no smell and stuck my dab tool in it and it started smelling it had two different layers on it like it was sitting forever wish I didn’t wast 45 on it
Fell in love when it was just Midtown, that love grew when Curaleaf picked them up! Love the budtenders, the atmosphere (especially the various tastes in music) and the products! Highly recommend.
Love the team of awesome budtenders here! They definitely work hard to make sure no one leaves unsatisfied!

Came in at about 7;30 on Saturday evening. There were 3 workers, none of which wanted to take us so we waited and waited and finally one of them got up from the back and did it. He was rude, interrupted me when I was asking a question, assuming he knew what my question was going to be... he didn’t... just a bad experience... worst I’ve had yet

the smoke was good the opposite where was good but very disappointed in the fact that your senior citizens was 60 and now you changed it to 65 really guess I have to find a different place to go
I’ve been going to all the Curaleafs for about a year now, I spent at least $100 weekly on product. Usually curaleaf is a good dispo but on Tuesday 5/17/2022 it was absolutely terrible. It was terrible due to the BudTender - he said his name was “Julian.” First of all this kind has an ungodly attitude and needs to be fired immediately. When I approached the counter he didn’t even check the order was correct. He rang me up online for an eigth when I had order a half ounce and EIGTH online. When I brought this to his attention he says “oh sorry, we don’t half that strain of half o you will have to deal with just an eigth.” I was a bit annoyed as I had been looking forward to trying the new product. Julian then rolled his eyes and told me “chill it’s not a big deal” I said excuse me? You don’t tell me what is and ISNT A BIG DEAL. He flinched at me as if he were going to try to swing on me. Nobody in their right mind in my personal treats me this way. He walked away saying he didn’t have to give me any product. He went behind the counter and started talking to some brunette girl with stocky build. He said I didn’t deserve product and needed to go somewhere else: he finally returned to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting. This kid gives a bad rep to your store and honestly don’t think I will go back to this location again due to this. Please fire employees like this, dispo is meant to be peaceful not like high schoool!!!!!

This dispensary....
Every employee was AWESOME, except the cashier/whoever he was that I dealt with to get what I came for. He not only overcharged me, he gave me the wrong product, was rude & had lots of attitude toward me during checking out.
Being a newbie & buying recreational... I realize is new, but that doesn’t give anyone a reason to treat me differently then any other customer or patient who comes in.
I definitely will never walk into this dispensary ever again, except to be reimbursed for the money I spent, to get less product than I actually paid for 🤦🏼♀️

I got there today at 9:35 and the security guy didn’t let me in, he just said it’s closed, no explanation or something so it just felt like they were rushing us to leave the place like those fast food restaurants where the employees try to close the earliest possible..... this dispensary is by the corner from where I live but reasons like this is why I prefer driving 8 miles away to harvest baseline, there’s something called costumer service and this place has the worst.......
Pre-order is bullshit.. Don't waste your time. They never get my order right. I order HOUR'S before I go. If they have run out of something I Pre-order they don't tell you they just put some low ass thc in their instead of what you Pre-order. They have done this to me 5 time's now. I am a medical patient. I have cancer... what I Pre-order should be what I get. They never do anything about it either. Other than say.. Sorry man.. some one should have called you. Well, no one ever does. Fu*k this place. They need to stop hiring incompetent people and hire people that are aware and more professional.
I made an express pick up order. I get to my car, drive home, open the bag.. and it's the complete wrong weed. I'm strictly a heavy indica smoker and the flower I received was a complete sativa. Definitely disappointed and sober.
