When I think about Mercy Wellness and all the reasons they are hands down above all the rest. I think about the benefits of having somewhere to go where I am treated not like a customer but a valued member of a very close knit family which is all the reason I need to drive out of my way right past every other dispensary in the area because a dispensary is just a dispensary Mercy Wellness is a warm welcome home. This place is very welcoming. Other dispensaries are run down, with shady patrons and employees. Mercy is clean, inviting, and has great staff. I recommend this place 100%

Great as always. Good staff, good selection. A little more pricey than some places but makes up for it in quality.

This place is the best dispensary in Sonoma county- by far. Friendly staff, good prices, easy location. I have no reason to go anywhere else for cannabis or cannabis products.

Awsome place! Small location but awsome selection! Easy/ safe parking, always friendly and easy sign up...plus free goodies :) can't argue with that haha Medication is always top notch and the customer service cannot be beat! Major props to nico for taking care of my needs and getting me the right meds! If your in the area most deff take a look at this dispensary you will not be let down!

First time there! Great and friendly place.

I am a very big fan of this dispensary. Since joining a couple of years ago, they have been my sole provider of medicine. They have great donation structures, helpful staff, and a convenient location off of 101. They are a model of professionalism and I always feel secure when visiting.

mercy wellness is definitely my favorite dispensary! friendly and knowledgeable staff always happy to wait while you scope out what you want and answer any questions you have. Located in a nice good looking area easily accessible, unless I'm traveling mercy wellness is where i pick up my meds

Great selection, especially for the size, found some strains here that a lot of other Sonoma county dispensaries don't carry. Signing up was easy and quick. The atmosphere was very open, welcoming, and friendly. Great first experience and I see myself becoming a regular. Looking forward to them expanding!

I really like this dispensary. The staff is great and very helpful. I think their products are top notch. I just recently got sun grown blackjack tested at 23%, for $10 gr. It is a great place.

Popped in while visiting family to get some stocking stuffers. (For them AND me, tbqh - the holidays are better high.) Not the biggest selection but solid options available AND there’s a sale section. Oh and they have a loyalty program - I’m not local so probs won’t use a lot but seems like a sweet deal.

Customer service was wonderful and appreciated. The only thing I had a problem with was the menthol taste of the vape cartridge I bought. I guess I wasn't listening close enough, lol. I'm from Oregon, but, I'll be back when I'm next in the area.

Mercy used to be the very best, but after January 1, they lost my business. After six years, sad to go but happy to be done with the madhouse it’s become. I used the Mercy Express ordering system, which was awesome, but since adult use became legal that’s all they seem to care about. After three miserable Express orders, where each time it took over 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention and even still no one came to ring up our orders, AND my orders were incorrect twice, filled with far inferior product. When I mentioned it, I received a free child proof bag. Thanks. Bye. Loved this place, I hope they get organized someday.

I don’t even know where to begin...this place is absolutely AMAZING! I work as a brand ambassador for Rad Vapes in the Sacramento area but was able to help take on this account for demos and I’m so glad I did! I met some of the staff at an event a few months ago and feel in love with them then. This shop has a pretty consistent flow of patients and for a good reason. The staff is fantastic, the have a huge selection of product, and their shop is massive and looks amazing! As soon as you walk into the lobby you get such a wonderful vibe and it radiates all the way through the shop. Check them out if you haven’t before, because you’re missing out! I can’t wait to come back for future demos.

I have been to this collective multiple times, all times have been great experiences. Always super friendly and knowledgable about strains. Before they didn't have as many concentrates but my last visit they had 7-12 concentrate options, I cant say enough about this collective.
