I cant say enough about how much Mya helped me out when i came in. The recommendations that she gave me were truly thoughtful and personalized to my preferences and every thing that was recommended was a 10/10. I think Sunburn has become my go to dispensary now because of Mya and the experience i had when i was in the store.

This is a great dispensary! They’ve added so many new products at great prices. $25 1G Vapes are such a deal. Staff are always fantastic! Nikki was so welcoming and helpful and Sophia was so kind! Great place.

The customer service here is great, especially Cindi and Hanna but everyone is very nice and helpful.

Honestly , people treat you with respect or even family. Other then that everything about this place is top notch... did take awhile for them to do constant sales (now I miss the hash coins due to that) but overall I love this place. Medmen was here before and that place was solid but yea sunburn bout 3 tiers ahead. Yea so this time I payed 77 dollars..? (give or take 2 dollars) This nice girl Sophia had honored everything I preordered plus extra stuff I didn't even know about. whole story was 25% off today sweet ... went to get a 8th and some rosin nector bout .. 77 dollars. Got there Sophia told me to pick a 8th out (some reddit code for this till the 10th I think) sweet I thought it would of been something old but whatever they had u could pick to match (went with petrol station then chem de la wilson) got the new runtz rosin nector in watermelon flavor then she tells me to pick out a free gram joint ... ah drip station # 5 sounds solid ... "pick another" cheez loueez this time 😎 so yea ended up getting more in free stuff and promo then what I actualy went to pay for this st pete sunburn rules. Ask for Sophia , she'll threat you right! 🥂

Best looking dispensary it’s so open also an amazing atmosphere. The staff here are awful they are rude and don’t help or talk, they don’t seem to care. Their products are pretty mid, not bad but not my first choice. I switched to flowery not too long after.

Very quality product poor customer service They cater to certain people I was sold a cart that was Called mints I was figuring that it was The strand animal Mints The cart was actually mint flavored I could not even stand to smoke it Then last night on the twenty eighth I arrived in their parking lot at 8:30.Put my online order through Walked in the door at eight thirty two An employee who calls himself gauge Told me that they would not be able to dispense They push you to online Order , but if I were to walk to the door I would have got Dispensed

Had the worst customer experience with Manny in the call center. He was not meant to deal with patients. He was arrogant and even mocked me. I spoke to Lilly who is a supervisor to let her know. My review is solely based on this experience. Unfortunately, they've lost me as a customer. I can't always make it down to my location in downtown St Pete, so this delivery service would have been great, but no one should have to be treated this way. Patients have plenty of choices when it comes to dispensaries in town. Choose wisely.

This place is dope! Cool and relaxing vibes, great music playing, and great people! Mya is so friendly and super knowledgeable about literally every product. Hannah is always smiling and went above and beyond to go over the products with me. 10/10
