MedMen - Paradise

Never have I walked out of a dispensary with buying something... Until last night. I personally dislike shopping. Especially when I absolutely have to deal with associates "guiding" me along journey. Their menus are on tablets. Great. Execpt for the fact that there are no prices and you have to scroll through pictures (two per page). The two associates I spoke with both showed me sugar and shatter, repeatedly, after asking for a concentrate that was closer to a crumble. And neither associate could realistically talk to be about the consistency of any of the concentrates. This shows me that your associates really don't care about anything that they are slinging. And out of all of the dispensaries that I shop at and rideshare people to, this is the worst.

The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Manager seemed to be upset he was pulled out of the back to answer my questions and was not helpful at all. Product was really overpriced especially their own brand "state made". Flower was dry and stale. Good selection of top brands though. Just stay away from their medmen brands, trash. Much better options in Vegas, this place is a tourist trap and looks like southpark got this one right.

Watch the prices and "bank fees". over charged by $15 for a disposable and the manager said "we can give you a 20% discount next time". said. no thank you I have been ripped off 2 times I'm done coming here. Been charged $2.50 up to 8 times in a single transaction and they blame it on the bank...bank refunds the fees and says it's the retailer.

Lots of dispensaries in town. Go to Med Men only if you like ridiculously high prices, expired products, and rude customer service. if these things don't appeal to you, go somewhere else.

Awesome location. On the way to the strip. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Statemade products were beautiful and great quality. Loved the vapes. Great product selection. Great experience

Just picked this place by chance, and glad we did. People, selection, and price were great. We met a friend at another dispensary and were not as happy. We brought him back to MadMen and said, "This is the place." Walked in and introduced him to a Budrista named Marco Ruiz. He thoroughly impressed all of us with professionalism and knowledge. We will make this our go to spot for sure. BTW if you like real Mexican food, try Roberto's door.

I had a fantastic experience at MedMen, the staff was friendly and professional and the products are excellent! Word to the wise, be sure to seek someone out to get your order started to make sure you are seen quickly, there is no traditional line system like other places, which is nice if you already know what you want when you get there. I got the strawberry fields cartridge and the zen preroll and they did exactly what I wanted them to. This is my new location when I come for vacation

the store is awesome ive been to many dispensaries in many legal states and i loved the experience prices are a bit high but i pay for quality and service dosen't bother me. they have so many things to choose from if you cant find something here youre not looking hard enough.

Wow What a Wonderful Experience to shop here with Taylor! She is extremely knowledgeable & really takes her time explaining what each product has and it’s component make up. This place was very welcoming with a friendly and very knowledgeable staff ESPECIALLY TASHA I’m far from easy to deal with but Tasha has no problem being patient with me and all my questions she gave me excellent and very useful information everything I purchased did exactly what she said they would thank you again Tasha and MedMen

Really Disappointed in the customer service I try to tip when I come to medmen every other day but bud tenders are being salty next time I will get names to let public know who yaw are its not koo I keep lights on

I usually use a different dispensary but decided to try a new one. I keep hearing the Medmen ads everyplace I go, in every state I go too, so I decided to give them a try. When I pulled up, my first impression was “oh just another dispensary on the strip” with people waiting outside to get in. But I decided to go in, finding out the people outside were just taxi & Uber waiting for clients. So, we got right in, checked in with the very friendly girl who put me in touch with someone to help. I was looking for a specific strain of flower, “Train-wreck” but unfortunately they did not have it, but through discussion with, and I apologize I did not get names, the person helping me I walked away with three different strains, Bruce Banner, Citrus Tsunami & Strawberry Lemonade, gotta love the names!!! Very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely go back next time in Vegas, next month again, and very pleased with the recommendations made!!! Keep up the good work!!
