It was my first visit. The girl who helped was not communicative. She went to get my products and then came back to the computer where I was and had no words for me. She said nothing for a few minutes while I stood there waiting. Then the other person who was there says “oh I can check you out down here” so I went to the register to check out and the girl who served me literally said nothing. As a black man in the store waiting for help, this was very awkward for me. I would not come back here.

Laid-back & helpful & no bs. Ashley is never a drag. Sometimes I order things that can’t be found & Ashley is always a bud & finds me some that’s not a dud. We really do appreciate you! I just gave environment four stars instead of five, bc if you can do this, you can do so much more! I know it will happen. I can’t wait!

This was my second visit to sunburn and must I say I love it here more than any of the major chains. The atmosphere itself is very calming and inviting especially for me having such anxiety in social settings. And also I want to give a great shout out to Nick he was very helpful and very educated on my issues with not understanding my med dosage and he took the time to walk me through my entire setup and I'm greatly appreciative
