Very compliment with ordering. It just seems they never have anything new to try, it’s always the same stuff and barley any flower. They need to update the online ordering everyday or every hour to let us know what availability of product they do have instead of once a week etc.

Friendly staff and great choices for rec

So you place an order on line. About an hour and a half before they want you to pick it up you get a text. Be here in this 15 minute window ONLY. OK, so you show up at the time you were told was only available and find a line over an hour long. Waste of my time and the person who had to pick the order and then put it back. Who waits for an hour for an appointment.

I had a swift and positive 1st experience . I picked up an Ozone pre roll and would highly recommend to come for that here, as well as gear! Loved the gear variety available.

From an awesome rewards program, to a great selection, to the best staff around. This shop has it all. My partners and I have been frequenting this location since we first visited Evanston back in late 2019. We moved to the area in early 2021 and it has been our home shop since. Every staff member we've met has been spectacular, but Beth and one other person (I don't recall their name, but they have great style, and the cutest smile) have made every experience better than the last. Getting to watch this little location grow has been an awesome experience, and I look forward to continuing to give them my business.

Honestly love how nice they are. The bud is amazing and they go out of there way to throw you deals and make it a great environment. I was taken care of today by a beautiful and nice girl named Shane and she was absolutely lovely and overly nice. Always come here you will have a great experience.

I finally made it to a hometown MedMen and it was just as good as my other visits in San Diego and Las Vegas. The staff were friendly and helpful in making sure we kept to the social distancing guidelines. They should definitely keep the online order and pickup for rec users permanent as it was extremely smooth even with everything that’s going on. Looking forward to visiting again.

This place is more proof of why stores such as Walmart, etc. would be better off selling marijuana, and why government managed dispensaries are a joke. For starters they guard this place like it was Fort Knox and they interrogate you just to get in there. You really better be ready to lose your dignity to shop at this overpriced, unfriendly, place if you want to do business with them. You can forget about the help being friendly and greeting with you with smiles, it's more like just the opposite there. They act as if they're doing you some kind of favor by just letting you enter the place. In my case even though I'm dying from cancer and even showed them my prescription, they just didn't care and treated me poorly. The end result was I left this place upset and was more than happy to tell them what I think about them. Unfortunately this place is just as mismanaged if not worse than the state of Illinois.

Lovely, clean, bright, friendly space with a wonderful staff. Ordering online and picking up in the store is really easy, and the facility took great care to keep customers and staff safe. Love this place.

Always have a good selection and deals- I got 3 midnight moon carts for $128, which is basically getting one free. Quick and pleasant pickup from Jimmy- thank you!!

Rolan from the call center does the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with in my life. After I spoke with him and he took the time to try to locate what I was looking for he called each individual store and then called me back twice updating me with the results. Best service ever.
