Maribis of Chicago (Medical)

Friday November 3, 2018 was the first time I had ever stepped foot in this place. I Was a little nervous, but knew it would be easy. Guy at front counter took my two id's and got me checked in for the first time and his boss came to verify. After filling out some paperwork I was able to go thru two locked doors to the back room. There I met with Robert, my Budtender. He walked me through the entire purchasing process. I was already familiar with a lot of the products they sold, and already checked out the menu. I came in with my list. Robert was impressed to say the least. He told me about their offers and sales they do and the savings I would be getting at that time. I was able to get everything on my list, plus a free 1/8 and pre-roll. So glad to have gone to this Spot. I will for sure tell everyone!!!

I love coming to this dispensary! It's amazing! Zack and Anita always take care of me. They not only give me great suggestions, they also care about my reviews on the products to find out what else could work for my pain. This is the only dispensary I wi go to now. Every other dispensary rushes you in and out. They actually care. Thank you Maribus for a wonderful experience. I would recommend this dispensary first so you don't waste your time at any other one.

I disliked how the employers, the security guard, Mr. King and the agent in charge, EdGar Corbezz, could not assist me on how to get my money back for a product that was empty, which in fact I just purchased from the establishment, Maribis of Chicago. It was very unfortunate I went home on July 26th without my money nor the cannabis I purchased. They claim to have no refunds or exchange on recreational orders. Recreational orders are considered final once purchasing. The problem with this policy is that this does not fall under the current situation because my order was incomplete. I ordered two mojito hybrid carts. One of the 0.3g cart was half filled and the other one was “COMPLETELY EMPTY”. This is unacceptable and very frustrating that the employers refuse to take responsibility for products they purchased from PharmaCann LLC. I called PharmaCann due to them cultivating the product and still I received the same story about how there is nothing they can do. However, they suggested Maribis to contact them to rectify the issue. At this point it’s a waiting game and I’m a very displeased customer that will inform everyone else about the bad business this place enforces. In this situation, the business could have at least took down my information, called me back to help me through the process. I have pictures and receipts showing the time stamp on everything. I will continue to inform the public about this terrible business. Especially since the employer, Mr. King turned his ID over so I couldn’t see his government name and the agent in charge also laughed in my face not having empathy for my dissatisfaction.

There's nothing to "DISLIKE" about this establishment. For starters, they choose to stay DEDICATED to the PATIENT, instead of jumping on that wagon to serve the Chicagoland people who wanna dabble. I cannot stress how thankful I am for this. I will not be leaving.

As a first time patient, I was a little apprehensive but the individuals at Maribis made me feel very welcome. Looking through Leafly in the Chicagoland area, I saw that not a lot of other shops have their menu as well put together as Maribis. Not only that, but other shops don’t have as many products as they do. This is definitely a shop to have added to your favorites.

Need more locations near Chicago Ridge, Tinley Park, great place. They are there to help you. They were sweet, and understanding to my pain issues, I have Lupus SLE and Fibromyalgia. I would not go to any other place. Patti

@Chaftmatic Store manager wanted me to go to Michigan with him to make a purchase during Cannabis cup! You can't move marijuana from state to state regardless of license. He also informed me that low supply is because we're holding all the $155.00 popcorn nugs for January So they can change extra for recreational. Just look at the menu. Bedford Grow 1/8 for $65🤔👎 Pure Greed. I'm no longer at this location. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a review that discusses how a customer was encouraged by staff to do illegal activity. I'm reporting this place to the State department.

Just had a great visit at Maribis Chicago! These folks have a great selection of medicine at a nice price! Anita is incredibly passionate about working with patients and took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the products available to me!

For a first time somewhat out of my element I felt completely at ease with Robert. He worked diligently to help me make the right selections. I thank him most kindly.

This is a very helpful and knowledgeable dispensary that cover all my medications needed to control my epilepsy seizures.

Stopped in here my first time today. Very welcoming staff, and very knowledgeable. Menu seems to be very up to date. I had selected some things at home, and they had everything when I arrived. I purchased a few goodies, and everything exceeded my expectations.

My mother loves the staff so that makes them friends of mine! She leaves out happy and will always return for more quality products and great service!

My first visit to Maribis was great. Such nice people! Great information about the product was shared and their recommendations were spot on. I have to travel for the next few weeks, but will be back. Location was close to work, easy on my commute.

Maddie, Jordan and Rob my great people. Form day one they've been very professional and knowledgeable to help me get anything that I may need. And they also have a great menu selection never been to satisfied once. So I give this place five stars because I love this place.

My daughter loves the environment she is my caretaker and has been very helpful with helping me understand what the great employees explain to my daughter. I am very pleased with this location
