I shopped here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Normally I shop up in Eugene as there are more shops, but I thought I would try some of my local shops. I am a newer smoker and don't have a lot of knowledge and experience. I bought a Vape cartridge (Mandy's day time) from them and when I got home I thought it looked a little off... kinda gritty... but I smoked it anyways. It was a great mellow high. But after a couple uses it wasn't pulling right and eventually stopped working. I took it back to the shop kinda pissed off, but right away the girl working got the owner on the phone. I had a great chat with the owner and she explained that there was some issues with the manufacturers but they have gone to great lengths to fix the issues. They stand behind their products 100% and appreciate their clients. They replaced my cartridge and made me 100% happy. I have to say I originally was pissed and ready to never shop there again, but the way they handled the problem totally won me over!!! They are so kind and helpful and admit when they are wrong and fix their issues. No one is perfect but the way you handle a situation truly says a lot. Thank you so much for handling this with Kindness and grace, you have a customer for life!

Not the easiest to find, nice ladies but pre rolls weighed out to .5 grams and 1/4 of the medicine fell out in container, not impressed...

Kind of off the beaten path, but worth a visit ... good product selection, and knowledgeable/friendly budtenders. Would highly recommend Mandy's spend some time on "social media" promoting their brand … nice place to buy meds in Cottage Groove!

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. The guy who helped us out went out of his way to ensure we left with the right stuff for my chronic pain/shoulder and gave us SOLID recommendations on flower! Will be back!

I've been going to Mandy's ever since Recreational Use of Marijuana had been open for sale. They have been helping me gain weight, eat right, and not have as much nausea. Alien OG is my Favorite because it gets me really hungry and makes me satisfied after I eat. Finally gained 4 pounds, if I didn't have "Mandy's Med Club", I would be losing even more weight than I already have :) thank you

I have been going to Mandy meds off and on since July love the service! !!!! went in the other with a problem with my vape pen. not only did they care about my problem but took care of it with no issues. While I was there Gordon who works there started showing me there new meds great smelling and looking we got a little of the champagne diesel great meds going back for more when have the cash.

I have Psychotic tendencies and love to smoke my buds and nugs...makes me all twitchy n shit.

Too many people in the room for the counter person to focus on one customer, especially when one of the customers has many questions. The bud looks stomped on. Literally CRUMBS of bud and dont forget the SEEDS! Upon close inspection and verified by 3 sources, there are TWO distinctly different types of bud in the container. It was my 2nd visit, I would NOT reccommend this place to a friend and I won't be going back. I would rather drive to Springfield, 30 miles away is worth not wasting $ at Mandy's.

Nice people made a vet feel welcomed and as all combat vets know that's hard. Meds where good crumble was ok. best granddaddy purps if had from Portland to cottage grove. Nice job go check out

They are great staff, however they do NOT keep Leafly updated, so when you go in to get what they are advertising, they do not have it, and will tell you it will be in next week.. it won't be in next week. Great people, dismal selection, and not well informed employees

I got some "AC/DC" from this shop for my mother to help her with pain but she doesn't want to feel "high" when taking it. When I got home their "AC/DC" 9.57% THC and 6.07% CBD. Which is more akin to what I've seen in the penny wise strain. From leafly's page about AC/DC : "One remarkable characteristic of ACDC is its THC:CBD ratio of 1:20, meaning this strain induces no psychoactive effects." So the strain this shop has is not even close to how it is just about anywhere else I've bought it. Also the price for it listed here is wrong I paid $30 +tax for an 1/8 not $25. We talked with the bud tender who was super nice and told her exactly what we wanted and were looking for in the strain as for as high cbd and low thc so she wouldn't get the "high" feeling when using it in the evening and the bud tender suggested this as what we should get and since it was labeled as AC/DC I didn't think much of it till I went to use it today and saw the thc/cbd on the label. My mom wont be able to use this so now I have to go back out and spend more money. Not pleased.

It's great but the prices are way to high I used to go there all the time but after January with taxs I go back to my old connects. Hope they lower prices 18.50 a g is rediculious with There old prices plus tax still doesn't equal the price they have marked anyone good at math could tell you that they upped prices as well. Love the store the ppl plz DROP PRICE 10$ for a .5g joint that's double what you used to charge 200% mark up

The staff is very helpful, the atmosphere is inviting, and their products are excellent.

On February 18th I live 50 miles away from Mandy's and take ride share due to my illness. I had to go to the pharmacy and ride share leaves me tyere. David from Mandy's came to the pharmacy picked me up and I got to go shopping there. He offered to pick me up because I called to see how far it was for me to walk! He was the most friendly and customer service that I have ever gotten! Please see that this is rewarded by ownership! Thanks

I Always buy from here because of the prices and quality of medicine available, I also enjoy the friendly but professional atmosphere.

I'm love the THC oil they have for sale. I've had chronic pain for over 21 years. I rub it on where it hurts and I get relief. Not the "Oh my god the pain is gone". But the "That's better now". Such a help to me.

There is one thing that really stands out about Mandy's is the atmosphere. As soon as you check in you are greeted and really taken care of in a personal way. It is a real home town feel. You couldn't ask for more informative staff Gordon knows his business but doesn't push it on you. Mandy's has very high quality merchandise but not over priced like so many other places I have been. With two other choices in town, Mandy's is the only one for me.

I love this place! And I have been to a lot of different places in California to get great herb! After four years I finally found what I have been looking for. And it's not in cali either great job guys
