I used the pre-order option.
I ordered and had a text that said that my order was ready within 5 minutes.
When you pre-order you go to the front of the line. There was no wait at all.
Patrick waited on me and was wonderful!
Today I went in around 6pm and was helped by Dan M. He was so nice and genuine. everyone at Mana is super awesome/helpful I just felt that he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy today and I did: thanks Dan M.!!
So i placed a online order earlier today for the first time and most likely will be my last very disappointed i drove out of my way to go to mana and when i go to pick up my order which was supposed to be one gram of diamonds and sauce then when i went to pay i was told it was only a half gram for $50 so it was basically do you still want it or not which i still bought it cuz i didn't have time to go anywhere else that's why I did the online order in the first place wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience and i also checked my 30 day limit amount after i got home and you guys took a whole gram off my limit not a half gram that i purchased

Staff is phenomenal very knowledgable and friendly. Always willing to listen and professional. Pickup is easy and quick. Highly recommended dispensary for new and long time patients.
My first visit was wonderful! Carolyn was so kind and helped me orient myself, understand what to expect, and ensure I knew about all available discounts. In back, Tiffany really took the time to listen for what I was interested in, educate me about the science behind the medicine, and help me pick out the best products to try. I could tell Mana is serious about building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience. I’m so glad this is my local dispensary and I’m excited to come back!
Disappointed. I preordered on Leafly and waited for 10 minutes with young children in the car. Their debit machine was apparently broken and I didn’t have enough cash for my entire purchase. I wanted to take advantage of the deals they had this day and asked if I could come back the next day and still redeem the deal. They said “no”. It’s difficult to find an opportunity to make the trip during these times as it is. I wish they could have accommodated me better for the inconvenience.
Great group of people here, always try to make sure your taken care of to the best of their ability. It's great to finally have a home around Annapolis!
I love coming here. It’s a little bit pricey compared to another one I go to but I happily pay for the customer service and it’s a lot closer to me. I love how the staff explains things and seem pleased to take as much time needed to answer your questions. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable!
I have to say that I really enjoy all of the people who work here. Everyone is very helpful and can direct you to whatever you are looking for. Definitely love using Pre order, because it’s quick and easy. All in all it’s a wonderful vibe and by pre ordering sometimes you can skip the line 😉.
Used pick-up service for the first time, that was amazing. Shopping online allowed me to do my research then make qualified selections. I make my order through the leafly site and immediately got a text that my order was being processed and then another text telling me it was complete.
I knew exactly what I wanted and in fact, that was why I decided to try Mana-Edgewater. They were helpful on the phone, and directed me to Leafly pickup. So I actually reserved my product and did a pickup. Nice thing: they are very up to date on their website. Clean, nice place, good selection, knowledgeable & friendly staff. No complaints here, in fact 5 stars. Good online experience, good store experience. 5 stars
