Mana Supply Co. - Middle River

When I first got my card a couple months ago... this was my first dispensary I visited. Everyone was friendly and greeted Me upon arrival. Their point reward system isn’t good. They only let you use points for non sale items.... so there’s really no point. I have enough points for $15 off.. but I can’t use it for any deals. So, the points system really isn’t really a reward... it’s just a way to get you to purchase more from them. If I buy two $50 8ths it’ll be $85. At other dispensaries, they let you use your points JUST LIKE CASH which is how it should be done. HFL lets you get $25 off $100 or more on Thursday’s... and would still let you use YOUR points on top of that. Manas best deal is their quarters for $55-$75 range... and the only reason I go there anymore. The idea that I’ve already spent a lot of money in a couple months, and can’t get $15 off my $75 quarter because the owners are cheap... only hurts their business. I rarely go there... and I’ve made that decision quickly. I end up driving 7 miles even though mana is literally less than a mile from me. They’re losing business. I hope they step their game up... because I know they’re still pretty new, and not getting the business others are getting

I have checked dispensaries between White Marsh MD, Middle River MD, Glen BURNIE MD Towson MD and three other places and I found that Mana has the best selection, the best technicians, relaxing atmosphere and I love the convenience of where they're located. 5 stars! D.W.Thompson

I went in on my Birthday last week 8/14 and was absolutely thrilled with my experience here, check in was quick and super friendly, I was barely sat down for 2min and I was called back and I got to pick out a free gram for my birthday and it was fire. The bud tenders and Cierra also assisted me and was very knowledgeable and had lots of patience with me because I’m so indecisive about everything in life lol... I highly recommend Mana in Middle River.

Had me checked in for 10 mins not one patient was in the store. Whole the whole staff is in the back having a conversation amongst themselves. Need some employees who actually do their job and not just chit chatting and on their phones the whole time

Love the atmosphere,friendly staff and selection. Its what keeps me coming back. Brittany has been my bud tender a few times now and is always so nice and helpful. Keep up the great work!!

Omg this place is amazing and is now my top fav. It has the old time small town shop feel, smiling faces, glad to help, well educated and helped me pin point my needs w terpens. Even my furbaby got love, i left feeling like i just had the best visit with old friends. I love this place and u can't beat the prices.

I love this place. The staff is what makes me come back. You feel like you have a personal relationship with them. Cierra is an angel. Literally the nicest person I've ever met in my life. Everytime I come here she's very knowledgeable and just an awesome person. I could right something about every staff member here but I have some flower to smoke :) shannon,timmy,and everyone else at mana you guys make me keep com o.j ng back. Love you guys

Follow up on my last review, they will not do the return so I am out of $60 & an 8th for literally no fault of my own, how do you give someone the complete wrong strain, then refuse to return it as if it’s my fault they messed up my order. Then saying “you should have looked over it all thoroughly before leaving” and getting an attitude over the phone. Prior to this, I always turned the my head on their high prices due to convenience of how close to my house it is but to say the least, I will no longer be spending my money there or recommending them to anybody anymore

Really cool vibe with Mana Middle River. Little bit of a drive for me but easy to get to. Love the selection of products and the very welcoming 1st visit deals. Their discount for wisdom, 55 and up is a nice 15% and it seems they are always having special sales. Way to go Mana as I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

great location..friendly stsff

I visited this location for the first time this morning and had a great experience. Shannon S. helped me out, and unlike some other places I've been, there was no feeling of rushing me out the door. She took the time to show me details about all of the medications I was interested in and made sure I knew about their specials. The other staff members were very friendly, and I'll definitely be back in.

Love the staff. Did not say untrimmed product on website.i called Mana middle River and even asked if grow west was in its tin.they told me yes.so i went back on website and ordered 4 grow west products( flower).before leaving i looked in bag all 4 containers were plastic ,not in tin of grow west ,it was marked grow west,and to find out it also was untrimmed. Did not like the 4 i got,im out of the 4 grow west tins that i thought they had given me and pretty much im stuck with this.and out of the money i had spent,the container was blk plastic containers that said grow west but the product was not good at all.very dry n untrimmed!!!all 4 of them!!! Hav bn here before,love this place!! ☹But sadly it was not mention that this flower was untrimmed on the website.ill b more cautious in my future purchases frm here.which makes me unhappy ,is i even called and was not told the truth☹😠😡

this was my 1st time here n i purchased a disposable pen. when i got home to use it however it didnt work so i called the dispensary and the woman i spoke to told me to bring it back. i couldnt take it that night due to i am an overnight worker. i returned today to take it back and my budtender was Dave. He was super nicen friendly he didn't make me feel like rushed n was nice enough to give me a card for 20% off my next visit. i appreciated it n it made me happy to give them a great review n i purchased something else without intending to before i went in there. i gotta add tht i loved the fact he was HIMSELF in there with all his piercings showing.
