Been coming here for a year and have never been disappointed. They are busy most the time, but you can still get in and out quickly. Great selection of vape cartridges.

Love this place! I always come here for top quality concentrates and herb at a great price!

My first dispensary trip was here. Great prices and fun. Basic setup/decor, very casual atmosphere, not medical. Nothing fancy here. Flower quality varies wildly, but you can get some crazy good deals. Worth a trip. Bring some extra cash, though-- there's a great record shop next door.

It was early in the afternoon on a weekday and there was no line at the door. Perfect. Show some ID, walk right in. The clean and uncluttered atmosphere was refreshing in its simplicity. There were fewer than ten customers in the store at that moment and I was able to walk right up to the counter while I returned the smiles and hellos of the employees I happened to pass on my way. The gorgeous blonde with brilliant blue topaz gemstones for eyes was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating which aided in culminating a completely hassle-free experience. I was in and out in under ten minutes. One odd thing was that they seemed to be overly concerned about their prices as I was bombarded with unsolicited explanations by two different people as to why they were so high. But I realize that what I'm paying for is the convenience of having my needs met by reliable professionals. I'm paying for the fact that I can show up whenever I want, get my stuff and go home. No more waiting for hours on a shady flake who may not even come through. That's a buying experience around which you have to plan an entire evening and its unacceptable. What they might do to aid their explanation is post a breakdown of the donation price and show how much comes right off the top for state taxes like they do with the liquor prices at Costco. Regardless, Main Street is by far the best buying experience I've ever had when it comes to procuring my herbs. People need to realize that the price they pay is the price of professionalism.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Dispensary was busy, but we never felt neglected and the staff took time to answer our questions. It would have been nice to see/smell the product, but we were not disappointed with our purchases!

Worst customer service. Not helpful. Lack of apology for mistakes made only by company. Go somewhere else, you’ll be much happier!

This is how you run a business. Huge inventory of every type of cannabis product. They also continually lower prices . Even though they wouldn't have to due to the close proximity to Portland.

Can't say enough great things about them. It's the quintessential experience of what a recreational Marijuana store should be like!

Made my second trip in there today. Not even gonna mention donation price because we all know that it's extremely high right now. I've gotten Sour Kush both trips in and it's my favorite weed in the world! The taste and smell is unreal and the high is phenomenal! I'll certainly be back for more!

Good selection. Definitely gets busy on weekends, but the super friendly staff does their best to help you out quickly. My vap pen broke after only 6 weeks (when I unscrewed the cartridge some wires came with it) and they gave me a free replacement with pretty much no hassle. Will be back!

Friendly, eager staff. They have a good selection, with lots of different kinds of products. I wish the prices weren't so high. I know it's the taxes and not the shop, but it makes the cost painful.

Had a very good time

Very large selection of flowers as well as waxes. The cartridge selection was more limited, but looked well curated. The menu and ordering/payment system are pretty smooth and work well. There is a lot of staff and a lot of space. Staff was friendly and light hearted. It has a bit of a stark feel, but it looks like they're working in that. The edible selection seemed limited compared to dispensaries I've visited in Oregon. I suspect this is a difference in the laws. But for what they carry, they provide a variety of volume options. I find the edible labeling to be lacking, again likely a difference in the laws. I probably won't come here for treats, but might for the tinctures, topicals, and other things that are more challenging to get rec in Oregon. It was worth the trip.

I've shopped at Main St. Marijuana 3 times now while staying in Washington. On all occasions I had a good experience. The selection is incredible for one new to the legal retail recreational marijuana experience and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The one noticeable drawback is the somewhat free-for-all process of getting the attention of a bud tender. Every time I've been there, it has been rather crowded and the only "line" or queue for the next available tender is formed by staking a claim of space at the counter and hoping that us customers are self sorting in a first come, first served manner. Whether this is actually accomplished or not, I have no idea and out of the three times I've shopped here, only once did I get a slight snubbing sensation and waited longer than I should have. The awesome tender who helped me on the other two occasions was at lunch and the tender who said "I'll be right back to help you" decided to stay over at the other end of the counters. It wasn't the end of the world and the tender I ended up grabbing, did a great job. Plus I made up for it by flirting with the owner, too bad she wouldn't marry me. Something about previous commitments. At the end of the day, Main St. Marijuana is definitely a contender and I encourage everyone to visit and see for yourself, if you haven't already.
