Luv Delivery

Be careful when giving your money or personal info to a business like Luv Delivery. Just because a business has a Leafly Profile doesn’t make the business a rebuttable one. Use your head, shop around, you’re never obligated to make purchases from goons like these. For example, If someone charges a minimum for delivery, find a place that doesn’t and order from them instead. Make sure to tell the dispensary; you found someone else that doesn’t charge a delivery fee and/or charges less. For example, Luv needs to know that they don’t have the best prices on carts in the Bay Area. They in fact have the worst, partially because they didn’t even have live resins in a full gram available to purchase. And Half grams are just half the price of what a normal cart would cost. On a side note, something is very fishy about this “delivery establishment”. They will NEVER get any info from me. Who knows where they get their product from and where they’re sending off your info. Don’t trust em.

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I would strongly suggest you do the same. A+ Product A+ Service A+ Quality

I placed my first order with 831 on a Tuesday. One of the items I ordered was missing, which I immediately informed the driver, Derek, of. He told me that he would leave and come back with my missing item. So he took my cash and left, then an hour later he called me on the phone to say that he couldn't help me, I would instead have to talk to somebody higher up in the company, and that higher up person would be calling me later. By Thursday, I had not yet heard back from anybody. I then contacted 831 again, this time via the browser-based messaging on their website. The person I spoke with over messenger took all my information, and again told me that somebody would be calling me. Two weeks after placing my original order, I got a text from a manager at 831. They apologized for taking so long to get back to me, but didn't offer me any explanation as to why they took so long. They told me that they would have the missing item delivered to me the next day. I texted them again in the morning to confirm, and they said they would get back to me. That never happened. As of this update, it has been almost three weeks since I placed my order. I still haven't received the sauce I ordered. I wish I could rate them less than one star. The level of unprofessionalism at 831 is mind boggling. They took my money, but never gave me what I paid for. I don't know if their employees are lying to me, or if the management is incompetent, but in either case, I won't be using their services again.
