I was just happy to have a dispensary in Saginaw but then my expectations were blown out of the water. My luminary took her time to explain all of their products in great detail! I will definitely be going back

I'm from Saginaw, and was extremely excited to have a dispensary in Saginaw. Lume was a huge disappointment. Don't get me wrong the bud tenders are nice and professional. It's just like an apple made a dispensary, the atmosphere is trying too hard to be something it's not. You can't smell the bud or wax. The "top shelf" bud I didn't get me near what some bargain bin bud from places in bay city can. Very overpriced. Seriously save your money and drive to bay city

I used to come hear all the time but after today never again I rarely leave negative feed back but they truly deserve this forgot id the claim even though i was multi time customer need to scan it when every other places can just look me up in computer. then these guys supposed to be open till 9pm i get there at 8 mins to 9 they already have doors locked if your open till 9 doors should be open till 9 period. your loss cause you pissed me off so much ill never buy from you again less you make this right 0 stars worst policy ever and to lock doors early was another guy you lost business with to cause of closing early hell with you guys

Lume is the best out there for quality! I have tried a number of their products and I haven't been disappointed! Great flushing on the herbs, their cartridges actually get me high without fake terpenes or flavors and their pre-rolls are actual bud rather than trim. Great flavors. Their employees actually know what they're talking about and are very knowledgeable on what to suggest when I go in for a problem. I absolutely love this place. Won't buy weed from anywhere else!

Went in the other day for some pain management for a friend. First time purchasing mainly for pain management, Angela was very knowledgeable on the subject and helped me find a couple things to try. also have been here multiple times and Mike has pointed me in the direction of some great ones.

what can i say about Lume....for 1 excellent staff, costumer service is top tier, I'm always greeted with a smile and introduced to some of the finest flowers....Andrea goes out of her way to explain any questions that may have....i never had a bad experience yet ....i call it "Cheers" , where you can go into a cool environment and everyone know your name....

I don't know what to think!!! I just spent over $60 on something that has no taste or flavor or scent?? Was I just ripped off?? I do believe so!!! As I already dropped the money (not a ton) wisely!!! But nothing in head,body or mind effected me... I won't be back...I've had better bud from a green grower new to all this!!! Yall know your burning people and ripping em off...let's see how long your scams last

First time I ever went to one of these stores, couldn't believe all the different varieties and the people with the knowledge at work there there was a guy named Zack they're two that was very informative of the products there and a great help I'll be back again

Terrible brown weed . No one says nothing about mask then rude lady says you got to wear mask in the store ! Need to be professional if you are in customer service! Your terrible weed can sit there and dry out garbage I’ll never go in another Lume ever

I love this place, they have high quality products, great prices, excellent deals, and fantastic customer service - always knowledgeable and friendly!!! I am disappointed in the wasteful packaging - not environmental or user friendly, too pretty. I would like to see recycled materials used for packing vs pretty. Round containers a HUGE no, ya can't get all the yummy flower out. Otherwise A+
