I had a couple questions before placing my order so I spoke with Miranda on the phone. She took the time, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Hannah assisted at curbside pickup which is so fast and efficient. She is so nice! Their product, quality and people are outstanding!

Bought some wax from these guys and it is the worst tasting wax ive ever had. Tastes like last 5 hits of a cartridge. Burned my throat and mouth. Absolutetly awful. Then leaves a nasty taste of pennies in your mouth that lingers for about a hour. (MEDICAL)

Didn’t actually get to go inside but I was helped by Dylann and she was super helpful, she steamed me tears the direction of my dosage needs

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Curbside pickup is easy and convinent. Only downside is not being able to go in and visualize the items you want to purchase, but it's not their fault we are currently living in a pandemic.

I am a medicated patient from phx, AZ. Been a patient since it was legal in AZ, so for 5 years. So, my tolerance has elevated. When I moved up here I was afraid of not finding meds that were not as potent or pleasant tasting. There was only one other dispensary within reasonable distance until Lume opened up. Lume has made me feel like I am back home again with their quality! Specifically, "lightsaber and donkey butter" are wonderfully tasting top shelf meds. I am going to start coming here every time I needs meds. However, I can't wait until Michigan has increased in number of dispensaries because prices are high. MI is new to marijuana and this is how it starts in every state so every place has high prices. I will come back for their quality.

Incredible bud finally available at a reasonable price in the UP!! Very satisfied with the curbside service I received (due to the covid pandemic I unfortunately couldn't browse the budroom) but I was pleased with how closely the bud I purchased resembled the picture listed on their website. The service was speedy and friendly, and the bud was absolutely top notch!

This is a second review. Had a bad first time but after talking with them they made it right very cool. The staff is very friendly. Good quality in meds at a good price. Convenient location.

Fast Curbside pickup. I tried a variety of different quality ranges. Top Shelf strains are worth the extra money and they gave me a Veterens discount on AU

2 separate times they have mislabeled the THC content. Not sure if its just their incompetence or greed, either way, Lume in Negaunee is trash.

Been coming here since they've opened, they do a good job accommodating any questions you have. Most have a good knowledge the flower they have on hand. All have been friendly, and ask me how I'm doing every time I go, some just ask to ask I'm sure, but there are a few who know my medical issues and actually wish to know how things are. Sometimes the flower is hit or miss, though I will say most of the Lume grown flower has been good.
