i reccommend this place to my out of town friends. the people are fun, happy to see you, they know a lot about their stock. i mean i was there on st pattys day and because my coat was green the discounted me!!! the first time i was there i came up a few bucks short they spotted me with a jar they had people donated to for such cases, and yes since i have contributed to it too. great ethics. they really have the chance to be snobbish bein the only ones in the area, but they're not! thank you

Only aware of likes in my opinion-for as busy as everyone was-everything ran smoothly-all practiced Social Distancing and masks were worn by staff and customers alike-Inventory was presented well so choices were easy to choose-also glad store in Mackinaw-much closer-Thanks-Jack from nearby

friendly staff but there in there trying to sell brown rotten bud to the public was super disappointed that the state or staff allows product like that in there will never come back again after they lied to my face really would like to see this place change for the better I wouldn't recommend here to anyone at all

The person who helped me out was John. He was so incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. I have a medical card in Illinois so I’m familiar with the routine there. He was very patient with me and explained how things work, and made the entire transaction enjoyable and easy. Without a doubt I plan on visiting this particular location at least once more before leaving town, and whenever I come back (at least once a year) I will be coming here! Also very glad to see they have multiple locations throughout MI since I come to Michigan all the time! Thank you John, and thank you Lume!! 20/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing staff, especially Ryan. He was extremely helpful and very kind. I made an online order just getting two carts and he walked me around the floor and talked me into getting a new water pipe and a new battery. Over all, wonderful experience!
