Lume Cannabis Co. - Honor

Lume was my go to dispensary for around a year. Both the petersburg and Adrian stores. This place is honestly turning into the McDonald's of cannabis and that's not a compliment. They can't keep workers, they expand without being able to offer a stable product to all of their stores. Most of the stuff I've tried lately tastes like fresh cut grass. Not a terp I look for. What's worse is they have 20 stores and can not offer decent prices unless it tastes like grass and then it's the "fresh cut deal". They may be opening new stores weekly it seems but they wouldn't know how to keep a customer if their business depends on it. In the end this place isn't worth your time.

Waited five hours for delivery and then the card machine wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get my product. Would have had cash if someone mentioned it ahead of time. Now I have to wait another several hours. No discounts or other solutions offered, just that I should assume I need cash when ordering. Cards should not be offered as an option if they cannot take them. Will not order from here again.

I love how professional the staff is and accommodating, without question, they are during these times :). love them they're my favorite happy making store!

when you get there, it's just like any other dispensary. you check in at the front desk and wait til they call your name. they take you back into a really sterile room with a few glass cases like you're at a museum, not a deli and you pick what you want while your personal assistant enters it into a tablet. you don't get to see the specific product up close, and they describe it to you. I thought it was a bit of a high pressure sales situation. like going to a furniture store. I recommend it if you like to be catered to, but if you like to browse at your own pace, you are going to feel rushed. also, bring a decent amount of money. Like most dispensaries, it's not really worth it to get the low end stuff and the "good stuff" is $50/eighth.

Lume in Honor has the best customer service! Heather, Amanda, Rob & Susan are usually the folks that help me but everyone is awesome too. If you shop the sales and use your loyalty points, you can get some great deals!.

The folks at Lume are awesome!! Shout out to Zach, who guided me through the products on their menu, gave excellent recommendations (verified by me), and answered all of my questions. I will definitely shop at Lume the next time I'm in the area! :)

I loved my visit here. The process moved along expeditiously and I was able to get in and out with very little wait time. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the available products and had no problems pointing me in the right direction. Overall an A+ experience. I would recommend this dispensary to everyone!
