Lucid - Cheney

There are some great employees at Lucid, but there are also some who seem like they'd rather be somewhere else. Like the brown haired girl who works the ID counter,she gives off the impression that your presence annoys her. The weed is potent and hits you really well, but unfortunately it's quite dry, and it's not limited to certain strains or farms, but overall it burns down way too fast. I got a a few joints that they were selling for $6 when they opened this fall that had a harvest date of November 2015. They were still alright, but year old weed? If you live in Cheney and need weed in a pinch they will do.

Ok. I went in, got my ID checked, there was a girl at the checkin and a guy at the counter. the girl said hello but offered no real help as i stood around, even though i told he it was my first time. no explanation of how there store works, no help in selecting product. i mulled around while 2 people came and went then decided to just leave and go elsewhere. almost everything was priced higher then other local stores, and there menu as of this review doesnt seem to exist. i was really hoping for a quality store in cheney but i dont plan on going back unless they have some killer specials.

I came in on the first day that it opened and I was very happy with the experience! Everybody greeted me with their names and had a genuine conversation with me. The system they use on picking out what you'd like to buy is great. You pick a card of the product, take it to the register and they take care of it from there. Also the price they have is fair and you can score a good deal here! Keep up the great work, Dennis!

Great location, great products. You have to know what your looking for cause their employees are not very knowledgeable. I love walking into a dispensary and feeling the passion when you talk to the budtenders, I don't get that here cause they don't know what to talk about. Ross is very helpful every time. I have been there about 20+times and usually walk out very annoyed but happy with the product I'm purchasing.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They try to never make you wait to long. A large variety of high quality product for all different price rages. I enjoy going to Lucid for all my cannabis needs.

This is one of the coolest most professionally laid out dispensaries I have ever been in! The display set up and card system are very convenient! Great selection of all kinds of flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles with a wide variety of price ranges! Not to mention the extremely knowledgable staff that is always very helpful! They cater to everyone's needs! Keep it up LUCID, you are setting new standards for the industry!!

If you live in Cheney Lucid is what you need. They don't have a huge selection, but they have decent to pretty good bud at really good prices. Also, for me, the customer service is killer, I almost never have to wait for service, and the rewards program is pretty great. It is definitely worth a visit.

Great staff, great vibes, amazing products for very reasonable prices, and they always are more than willing to help you get the experience you are looking for. their jellyfish tank is pretty cool to look at as well!

Nice and knowledgeable staff!

Spoke with a supervisor about them being the only dispensary in the state of washington without allowing defective cartridges and was dismissively rebuked with laughter by the supervisor on staff 11/29/2019. He claimed to be a manager then backpedaled to say he actually only a supervisor. Sad to say their policies and subpar product have driven me again to Airway Heights and Spokane dispensaries. Seems that customer service and quality are quite low here. I would avoid if you are a medical user, or military member as they don’t cater to either. Sad stuff from a community that is heavily military. Couldn’t downvote more.

Perfect location for me

I have always liked the way Lucid sets up their shop. Its super streamlined and professional, with a card system to help you remember what products you want. Their staff is always happy to help, and if you havent come in to check out the jellyfish - its worth a visit.
