This is my go to spot! About 10 mins from work and I go about 2x a week! Everyone is always so helpful and always provide great recommendations! Keep up the great work guys!!

I stopped in for the grow sciences half special. I figured even if they are smaller nugs it would be worth the lowered donation. It was not worth it. I would suggest sticking with the 1/8th jars. I also picked up the grow sciences hash rosin and unfortunately it is the worst rosin I have ever tried. Based on their regular flower I figured it would be good. I am guessing it is 2nd or 3rd press. It tastes like when I would repress my old rosin patties

I will no longer using your services. The Hi-Kyla’s flower was dry and no smell. Last time I was told I could return the flower, that was wrong.

Why did you guys change the pricing on Grow Sciences? Was it to try to get your Rosin to sell better? You have to make better product in the first place for it to sell better why are you charging more for the already most expensive concentrates around?

My first visit here unfortunately wasn't the greatest. I didn't feel very welcome and seemed to annoy the girl assisting me when I wasn't sure on what to get. They ran out the product I had specifically come for so I had a little trouble. When I asked about the product in the first place she didnt really have a clue about it and had to ask several other people...the product is on the menu. The flower is decent and the deals are as well. However, the selection is very slim. I would suggest brushing up on the customer service and product knowledge.. I also gave them three forms of ID and my information was still wrong. Sorry not a big fan.

they ended up "having their system go down". noticed they didn't leave me a reciept. they also charged me for the Free preroll for the review. didn't give me 20% off like the special was for the day. when I called them I had talked to a manager named Kate and told me that if I went on any other day that wasn't a Monday I would get 20% off my next cartridge and that if I came in on a Monday that I would get 40% off my next cartridge and she was supposed to mark this down on my notes. I then go to The Dispensary today to pick up these two free pre-rolls and to find out if they were going to keep their word with either the 20% off my next cartridge or if I came in and on a Monday with a total of 40% off. Get this the lady for our budtender whatever was extremely rude and on top of that she ended up breaking or products and then rushed me and my friend out of the dispensary so at this point I don't even know if it's worth talking to them about because once again I'm an upset customer.

I will start by saying that I have been coming here since October of last year and was very happy with the product and service. Within the last few months owners and some personnel changes have been made along with the entire structure of the company in regards to marketing, product and pricing. It is the few people left that I even give 3 stars for atmosphere. It used to be a place where it felt like family when you walked in and the price was 10 dollars across the board since this IS MEDICINE right????. Well, that has changed. They tier the prices tempting you to think you need to pay more for better and honestly, it isn't great at all and I speak from experience. The THC content bragged about isn't evenmature thus the testing methods are skewing the results anyways and giving substandard medicine half the time. I've gotten wet flower with harvest days only days old which is not good as flower needs to be cured to be really effective. In addition, I have had 4 grams where I found seeds in the flower so I know the medicine is not always up to par and compromised in the growing process. My most recent visit and the straw that broke the camels back is as follows: I attempted to apply points only for flower until I was paid Friday. Something that was always acceptable and in fact they had prided themselves on having available if in a pinch. I was told the policy has changed and they wanted to force me to spend 10 dollars I did not have with me in order to apply any points. I will say I was embarrassed and absolutely mortified that this facility has gotten to this point. In sum I will say this, what used to be a pleasurable experience with little wait time has become a lengthy wait to remind me that they are now part of the corrupt system people so rightfully despise and are drinking the corporate kool-aid. I will go back with my 10 dollars plus tax, use the last of the points I have and say fair well to this dispensary and give my business elsewhere.

I got the Cherry Paloma 1g live resin badder. It wasn’t very good at all. Harsh chemicals left behind in the material. Black flaky residue after smoked. Very low quality medicine for fifty a gram was a total rip off.

People were short, un attentive and borderline rude. No customer service whatsoever. Bought an '8th' of Maui waui, only weighed out to 3.2 on my brand new scale. Weed smelled way too fresh. Not cured enough. Had to let it air out myself. Called to ask about improper weight. Phone rang for 2 minutes then to voicemail. Not likely to ever return. Was there March 5th late noon. Never even caught staff names, no one said anything to me.

Me being a first time patient and walking in the highest expectations of a dispensary were met today at the Local Joint.... A 5 star joint with 6 star staff..

Zen Leaf took this place over and has completely changed it for the worst. Everytime a new Zen Leaf change happens, it just pushes me closer to never using one of their dispensary... you lost touch with your market and are pushing customers away

Honestly I wish zenleaf and curaleaf didn’t buy out this solo dispos local joint was one of the few that actually cared about their medical patients. I will never support these corporate companies just selling bullshit in bullshit prices

Don’t waste ur time there point system sucks and it’s a hit and miss if it’s gunna work done been here on different occasions and only thing they can fix is one transaction for 70 points yea I rather take my money else where cause times are rough and the point system does help but local joint ain’t what local joint used to be it’s wack

Greg was fantastic. Moose & Lobsta???!!! I love you! Thank you for the wonderful happy hour preroll prices. So excited for tax to be removed. If you had flower specials or bulk order discounts, you’d have my money all the time. Again, Greg was so helpful. Lovely place!!!

lol @ "learn how the point systems used" I have been coming here for 2.5 years, I know about the point system. In fact I know every detail about the point system, I still don't like it. You have to spend $20 just to use $5. Everywhere else you use your credit how you want because you EARNED it. Anyways, now that I'm done correcting newbs, I can say how much I like these Venom syringe distillates. Cheapest distillate only $24 a half and the quality is wonderful. Definitely worth more than $24 for a half. That's what it's like for a half gram of shatter/crumble...distillates are absolutely incredible if you haven't tried them yet I highly recommend doing so. The flavor is so much better a and you can even usually eat the distillate like an edible & you will feel it. It doesn't need heat to activate.

Best service and product in az. I loved the girl I worked with i just can't remember her name! She is the most bubbliest, sweetest, kindest person I've met at a dispensary. I just wish I could remember her name but she was my weedtender at emerald palace and she is the bes-- 5 star, 5 star 5 star!
