super chill !!! i just walked pointed at what i wanted and they rang me up, i was already to high to talk but i thought the vibe was great, im definitely going back !!!

My first visit in the Collective was great and went smoothly. However, it went down hill from there. Medication can look great and have quality, but it's sketchy to me that they have things mis labeled. They are comfortable selling ineffective oils to patients and they didn't have any lab results on hand. I am all for the legalization of weed, but a dispensary should be well rounded for recreational and medicinal use. They admitted to me their clientele was pretty much recreational and so that's what they were focused on. That's not okay. When I proceeded to share some light on their oils and how they could improve them our service immediately went down hill and all of a sudden our questions were immediately met with idk man or whatever man. If you're looking for fun and it's close then yeah, go here, it's great for that, but looking for a staff educated on using marijuana for medicine. Sorry if this offended, but it is important to be on point when you have people with serious illness trying to regain health quickly and efficiently. Local Herb Collective is where it's all at. I've shopped here many times, and I've always been blown away by the quality. This place is a sprawling, delicious assemblage of what I would say is the 'Finest Weed in Portland.' They always have strains and prices that you'll never see anywhere else. #1 favorite dispensary, for sure!!!

Beware! False advertisement. Price in store higher than prices on leafly page. Says $100 for 14g Obama. Tender says $130. 1:40p 6/25/16.

I visit Local Herb almost weekly. Im usually in a hurry so the bud tenders give me space to do my thing & go. When I do want to engage, they are totally willing. I love talking with them about about all the unfamiliar new names popping up on hybrid strains. Local Herb ALWAYS have at least 1 sativa strain of Hush's BHO available to purchase for $28 or less. For a recreational customer who dabs on the daily with a a very fixed budget, it's a very sweet & affordable deal. Thank you for keeping your prices low! I appreciate you!

absolutely hands down my favorite dispensary. great prices, even the top shelf is cheap! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus points for not giving me the stink eye when asking to check out more than 5 strains.

They consistently do not have the same bud that is on the leafly menu, although their bud tenders will easily point out top shelf bud that is definitely not worth the price.

Was recommended to check this place out by a friend and was NOT disappointed! I was recently diagnosed with MS and also suffer from diabetes. I have zero knowledge about cannabis but wanted to give it a try. Chris was extremely helpful in giving me a quick education about their products. I explained my issues and he recommended trying out their rso syringe. He took the time to go through the ingredients to make sure it was sugar free and would be okay with my conditions and by the way it's working GREAT!! I can't praise this place enough. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, a huge selection of products, and just an overall great experience. 10/10

THE BEST WEED YOU CAN GET FOR THE PRICE!! Honestly the bud here is always trimmed so well, it always looks pristine and high thc percentages for really low prices, I'm always walking away satisfied or overly impressed. I love this dispensary.

Pop in here a couple times a week. I'm mostly a concentrate user, and I'm always impressed with the selection, quality, and prices here. Recently been sticking to flower and have been really, really happy with everything I've tried here. Good trim, good cure, friendly and knowledgable budtenders in a low key spot! Skip a drive out to the inner SE hipster shops, there's great bud out in the east numbers!

My number #1 go to Shop in Portland. They always have a variety of good strains for a good price. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm pretty sure this is the only dispensary in SE Portland that doesn't included the tax in the listed product price, so when you go to pay its more than expected .... also not listed whether the product is sativa vs indica vs hybrid. . . Nor do the employees know either. . Would be nice if the budtenders knew the products they carried.

I was REALLY surprised by this place. The woman that helped me, Collien, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know where to start and she taught me about full spectrum, and distillate - the difference between the two, which amazingly, no one has EVER taken the time to do for me, before!! It makes a lot of sense because I always got distillate carts in the past, and with this live resin cart I bought from this store, the high is just SO MUCH BETTER and it doesn't hurt my throat!!! If you didn't think it could get better, think again! I highly ( 😉 ) suggest you go to this location and talk with her and learn a thing or two, get something a little more tailored to your needs, and get more from your smokables! Thanks again Collien!

Great concentrates! I have been to quite a few of places on this side of town, but it kept coming back here for the best bho!

been coming to this location for about 3 years now. I've always recommended them is my top spot in Oregon, but ever since it went Rec they seem to have lost their touch. the quality of the Cannabis is still good but they seem to charge whatever they want for it. it'll save price online and then they'll still tack on $30 to that for a half. the only explanation of give you is that Leafly must be wrong but yet when you believe they don't correct the price on Leafly. so does that mean they just get to decide what they charge you when you get up to the register? not very professional. they need to get their s*** together if they expect customers to come back. and on the final note hire some staff that actually knows what they're talking about and is a little bit of polite customer service too much to ask?

I visited this dispensary on 3/6/2015. By far the most haphazard, armature, shoddy dispensary I've seen. From the barely functional display cases, the scale and counter covered in flower crumbs, to several large zip lock bags full of flower strewn on tables set up along the walls. I was honestly shocked an establishment would be allowed to function as dispensary with conditions like this.
