Liberty - Somerville (Med)

Probably my least favorite dispensary in the Boston area. Most importantly, the flower I get is ALWAYS dry and/or stemmy. I've never gotten one beautiful looking bud from this place, and I've given them many chances. Secondly, their reward program sounds so enticing except you have to make a second cannabis purchase for the deal to apply. That's okay if they had pre-rolls (which they don't) or sold grams (they don't) or had 1/16ths available (they didn't), so I would've had to buy an 8th. It was the first time I ever walked out of a dispensary empty-handed. I was disappointed in their lack of concern for me leaving without medicine. This ties into my third criticism, which is the budtender customer service. The front desk and security are always a delight and super kind to patients, but the budtenders are impatient, lack knowledge/are too apathetic to offer any. Not that I necessarily blame them, because who knows what a large corporation like Liberty is paying their employees. Summary in one word? AVOID.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and the environment is really really nice! Pete answered all of my questions, gave me good things to consider! I will definitely be back.

This dispensary is a top notch facility. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I picked up 4 stains and all of them are amazing. I cant wait to go back and try something different.

Checked this place out tonight, its beautiful... the flower is all out for display and smelling... was super impressed. I grabbed the ECSD and Im loving the feel. Flower is fire. So terpy!The new patient deal is crazy too.. 1/4 for a $1, I felt like I was stealing. Staff was friendly and knew their shit too. Ill be back for sure.

This place continues to amaze. First off they have very good flower a reasonable rates. Some of the best flower I’ve found in a MA dispensary, especially their 818 Headband! On top of that they have a variety of great extracts and oils. To add to the goodness they have a very pleasant staff and a good vibe inside the dispensary. My only complaint is lack of packing otherwise top notch!!

First time visitor... very clean, and classy dispensary, very west coast looking.. staff, very friendly and inviting... the place is definitely a comfortable and upbeat place.. unfortunately, if they go rec, that will most likely change, as did the other places.. flower was a bit dry, and slightly under weight, buds were small.. other than that, when I am the area, I certainly will be back and certainly will recommend this dispensary to anyone..

I've been going to liberty almost exclusively for the past few months. I first went because of the convenience of being near my house by keep returning because of the quality product and the kind service.

Best for quality bud in Boston area. They also have a great rewards program.

menu tch didn't match the product thc, no parking, poor flower quality - ashes black, mentioned other discounts but passed over vet discount (I got it after bringing it up myself). I'd give em 1 more shot but flower is definitely a big disappointment.

Visited this early afternoon. Great vibe, great staff, great products and the first time patient deal is downright phenomenal

First time in the new Somerville dispensary and I LOVE it. I asked for the terpeist product on the shelves and was directed towards the 818 headband terp wax, bought a full gram and was able to get a 1/4 of trichome covered purple chemdog (straight gas) for 1$. CRAZY! August my wellness guide was super kind and knowledgeable, the rest of the staff was on the exact same page. I’ll definitely be back!

I really hope this place doesn’t go recreational, they have the best products, probably in the state. The environment is really relaxing, the staff are so welcoming and phenomenal with recommendations and really help you find what you need.

Arguably the best flower in the state. Always fresh, flavorful and potent. Very high-quality pax pods as well. The fact that they bother to provide a 1:1 strain puts them high on my list. If you want extremely fresh bud, this should be your go to dispensary.

This is the 10th or 11th dispensary that I’ve been to and it is easily the most aesthetically pleasing dispensary Ive been in. Great customer service, super helpful super friendly, very inclusive too, I fuck w the extra gender options, never seen that at a dispensary. Bud tender was phenomenal I was high af so I don’t remember her name, but shouts out... only complaint was the la confidential is a bit dry, still very good, walked away w 10.5 g’s for 88$ w the new patient discount, looking forward to the new store in EastHampton.

Long term and short term deals encourage return customers. Staff was very helpful and informative on their variety of products. 👍🏻

All really good quality and really clean and polished locale. Some good specials and prices frequently offered. Not every strain that I tried affected me as expected, like a Clarity strain that made me very tired. I did not happen to find my favorite strains here that I go back to repeatedly (like blueberry cookies). But if they did end up carrying strains that I found effective for me, I would be back because of the good quality, and I check the menu often to see what is new.

Nice selection of strains...but be warned, the flower tends to be so dry it crumbles into dust.
