The service is pretty mediocre and the product is even worse…

1st time at the Lakeland location Jasmine was wonderful very knowledgeable very helpful made the process nice and smooth I will definitely be back

I absolutely love Liberty Health Science in Lakeland!! All the employees are great & very knowledgeable. I spoke with Jasmin several times & she knows her sh*t!! She is awesome & so is everyone else! The manager helped us also, I can't say enough great things about Liberty Health Science in Lakeland. I absolutely recommend everyone to go & try them...no 1 will be disappointed....like many other places. Plus they always have great prices & sales....who wouldn't like that?.

My preferred strain is Green Crack. They had it in stock and had one gram cartridges, so I bought three! I regret it now. I was so happy till I took my first draw. Idk what they put in there but it wasn't the strain Green Crack. I have had this strain many times and it has never let me down, until now. Not only was the oil weak the cartridges got clogged at the halfway point. I will not be a returning customer.

My first experience with LHS and it was GREAT!! Staff is wonderful - selection is enormous and would definitely say they go above and beyond on customer service! Go see Terrence he was so helpful and informative! I will definitely be back and will encourage other patients to check it out!

I like the great customer service especially from the Asst Manager Terrance who strives to make sure you are able to purchase all of your medicinal needs. The customer service reps go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you staff and liberty health sciences!

Came for there grand opening in lakeland they addvertised for a week prior about free givaways swag and local cusin but they didnt have any giveaways or swag because they never recived there product then the staff on duty was very grumpy wasnt felling the love with so many dispensery options in same area i wont b returning.

Just picked up some flower today for the first time using the drive through service they have and the buds are looking fire

false advertising on pricing . points system is complete scam. quality of the items received are complete trash and not worth the money.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.
