I have been here a couple times. The most recent time they short changed me and didn't give me the correct money back. They shorted me 10 dollars. I will never return if you go here make sure you count what they give you back as change. When I called to ask about it I was hung up on.

Great Meds and staff is pretty helpful. Just wished they updated their leafly menu often. I went in because they had strains advertised on leafly, yet they didn't have 3 that were listed. I'm not gonna come waste my time to find they don't have the meds i need. Sadly I travel way farther to dispensaries in portland to get better priced meds of the same quality. Will be back just to see what they have, but don't know when that'll be.

Willis was fantastic, I'll be back again just because of the fantastic experience I had with Willis, he took his time and showed me everything they had to offer!!!!! I was a first time OMMP❤

Low-lit parking in the back, doesn't feel safe. Inside was modern yet uncomfortable. A lot of negative energies in this place. The staff is disconnected and nit great on seevice with a smile. The gentleman I dealt with kept trying to push me towards the indicas when I clearly stated I wanted a sativa or sativa-heavy hybrid. On top of all that they were $5/g more expensive than the awesome place down the street. All in all NOT a pleasant experience.

Everyone here was so friendly and professional. They had a good selection and knew there products. They reception lady was so nice. She over heard me telling my friend I wished there candy bowl had a vanilla tootsie role and she pulled out her candy bag to find me one. Not the biggest thing. Just an example of there courtesy.

Clean, professional, with discreet parking, and a good variety of high quality meds. I also dig the VETERAN DISCOUNT. On my way home I was able to get a movie and munchies with the $ saved. Once I got home, that fluffy, high CBD, MAD wax chilled the pain and PTSD smooth out. See ya'll again soon!

Top notch. I appreciate the detail to everything. I do take my time and never have I felt rushed. On occasion some waiting however it was expected.

This is the best place I have been in! the customer service is fantastic! I can't believe it when I go in everyone who works there knows my name! Its awesome! The bud they have is AMAZING! I have literally never seen anything like it in other clubs! It not only has the look of what you want but the taste and effects are there as well! Simply the best I have ever had and I have had a lot! I would recommend this place over all others! You all ROCK and having amazing compassion! I love you! The bud tender that helped me was so super knowledgeable and very patient, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I can not think of his name but he had long hair. I just want to say thank you very very much for your knowledge and respect.

I just love it here, the girls definitely know how to make you feel comfortable. Great selection of flowers and concentrates! The pizza they just added was outstanding and left me with a nice body high!

Seriously, terrrrrrible and painful customer service... I understand personal policy for the business but it’s not a general rule for Oregon that as you being the receptionist you can’t leave the reception desk and that you can’t place someone on hold for less than a min to go peek in and see if there’s a box full of joints behind the counter.. I didn’t like my experience the first time I went in and I was about to drive almost a half hour to this location just to buy a 10pk if Tko js but the girl on the phone was insistent that I either be placed on hold or call back?? Like, I literally just told you I would be driving a half hour to come spend money at your store, the least you could do is just pop over to the budtending room and double check whether or not the item is there since it wasn’t available online for the customer to see... terrible customer service.. for many reasons but especially that I won’t be returning.

Quality is all there, but the price is outrageous. Like I shouldn't have to be paying 60+ for four grams. Medical prices even got a little Snooty. I will never revisit this location.

Easily the best dispensary in the area. The atmosphere is professional but chill, making it a world away from the typical McLoughlin dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The donation rate is amazing, it always feels like you're getting more than you put in for quality wise. I am making this my regular spot from now on. :]
