Love this shop. Always super clean and I'm constantly finding out about new products. The store is huge and the budtenders are great. I tell all my friends to go here for a top tier experience.
The store is clean and well organized with a lot of display counters and have a good variety of brands, strains and equipment. The staff is always kind and informative whenever I had questions. The the parking lot can get busy but that's pretty common.
I am new to vapes and bc of this incident I won’t purchase from your shop ever again. My friend and I spent over $200 at your shop purchasing flowers and vapes. Tonight your manager refused to trade out one of my vape cartridges that I purchased and that was completely brand new and the glass broke upon placing it on the vape. You are THE ONLY MANAGER/ CLUB who doesn’t honor your customer’s business, providing an exchange to keep their business. I will not use this club again for their poor customer service and refusal to trade out my expensive vape. Complete loss. I won’t recommend this club.
