I had an issue w/ a defective pod & they made it right no questions asked. The selection & staff are wonderful. A bit on the pricy side. But watch for their daily deals & you can get some top-shelf flower for & less than top-shelf price :) Quick, easy, & convenient!

First time in The dispensary. Everyone was absolutely great! I am pretty sure everyone had smiles. Was super chill and relaxed. Definitely will be returning.

Everyone here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in both medical and recreational cannibis. They will do what they can to earn your business by putting a smile on your face and meeting your needs just by calling in an order online, telephone or a consult in person. I love the curbside pickup option, me personally or a budtender named Darren is also a funny, down to earth guy too. They are all stars and work well together. Have always had great customer service, knowledge and quality product; which goes a long way these days in my book. 5-Stars A+++ Happy Medicating.

Today was my first medical experience at a dispensary and I'm beyond pleased to say I couldn't be happier with choosing Lake Effect as my first licensed dispensary. This is the first time that I have tried this place. I'm here to tell you for a seasoned smoker, lake effect is 100% all the way around. The customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. The quality of the product is unbelievable very good compared to the competition way above. The buds were trimmed perfect, the flower was absolutely nice and moist and of excellent quality. They go above and beyond their service. I would 100% recommend lake effect to anybody

Probably the best customer service I have ever received. The staff were extremely friendly. I rode with a friend who’s order was a little messed up and something was added that she did not order. They not only fixed this but allowed her to try the product and now she will be ordering it to have again. They fixed the problem immediately, were nice, outgoing, welcoming and provided best in class service. Keep it up!!!! Forever a customer now.
