Lake Effect - Portage (Recreational)

This is the first time that I have tried this place. I'm here to tell you for a seasoned smoker, lake effect is 100% all the way around. The customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. The quality of the product is unbelievable very good compared to the competition way above. The buds were trimmed perfect, the flower was absolutely nice and moist and of excellent quality. They go above and beyond their service. I would 100% recommend lake effect to anybody

Having worked in the industry in CO and gone to many other legal states, I have to say that these guys do it right! my budtender Joe was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I love when people have passion for their work, and it was obvious that he and the rest of the staff were very passionate. On top of the amazing customer service, the selection of products was top notch. Thanks for the great experience!

My experience for my first time at Lake affect was great everything I got was wonderful, except for my brand new vape is a dud. I plan on returning it today but other than that the service was phenomenal and my budtender was very intelligent!

This Is the first dispensary I went to since the dispensary were for medical patients only! I was very pleased with the whole experience. I was treated with kindness and patience. The products are really good too! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone

Everyone here is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in both medical and recreational cannibis. They will do what they can to earn your business by putting a smile on your face and meeting your needs just by calling in an order online, telephone or a consult in person. I love the curbside pickup option, me personally or a budtender named Darren is also a funny, down to earth guy too. They are all stars and work well together.
