I think they're service and customer service sucks, I will never be back, u should never tell a customer u have 10 days to return a cartridge if it doesn't work, it doesn't work and I bring it back 5 days later and no I'm sorry that's not our policy???

I called recently to complain about finding mold and a seed in my recent purchase. I was reassured I could bring the product back and they would help me resolve this issue. when I arrived the staff was very apologetic and exchanged the flower for free. the whole thing was hassle free and very processional.

The location in Lebanon OR just recently opened, so they haven't been able to snaz it up yet like other shops but they will. I go in there at least once a week. The guy who manages it is really cool, helpful, and super nice. The other 2 guys that work there are also very nice friendly and helpful. They do need more employees and are in the process of hiring but it takes a while to hire someone who is waiting on their license to legally sell, so be patient with them if there is only one guy working. They try their hardest. Very good prices compared to some other shops in the area. Usually when I go in its not to busy, but if it is, its worth the wait.

La Mota is an outstanding shop, the customer service is always great, always great selection and prices, I will continuing going to this dispensary forever

I love this place!!! come to expect my review from every visit ... at the moment you walk in till you leave you couldn't ask for anything better .... kind ,polite, knowledgeable staff .I am glad to have chosen them over the rest. I hope they open one in my town :)

I really enjoy visiting this shop. They take their time with you, make sure you're getting the most for your money, and the guys that have helped me in the passed are all very sociable and made me feel comfortable. Sometimes it takes a little longer when there's not many people working, but I personally think it's worth it. Great personalities, great bud, great experience.

These guys are great!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Im older and have alot to learn and they have never steered me wrong. I initially thought when the stores opened in Lebanon that I would still be going elsewhere for my weed. I was wrong! Great selection and prices. Enjoy!!

it's awesome! there is always great customer service and the staff is always so friendly! I wish there was a site closer to my house but I still love them. the prices are so incredible!

Well for starters, these guys aren't creepers. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. I will definitely be a returning customer. And I have recommended this shop to a friend.

They have some of the best prices and great Strains that i have seen in Oregon right there in Lebanon too.There very friendly and take time for there customers by giving you that personal experience to ensure you are getting what you need.After visiting many dispensaries i know where I will be going for my next visit!

Tried it on my way through. Grabbed a pre roll and no selection. It was harsh and no bueno. No wonder they have no menu on line. You wouldn't stop in if you saw what they had. Staff were lameo. Bye bye

Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. They take pride in their shop and product and it shows in the quality of everything they sell. And their prices are excellent! This is my new regular dispensary.

I am new to the area and was looking for a smoke shop that sells filter tips for rolling papers. When I googled it, La Mota 2 was suggested as a tobacco shop. I was surprised because I know La Mota is a dispensary but I thought that since it is a smaller market, maybe they also provide tobacco products. When I talked to the employee on the phone about filter tips, she just hung up on me. Rude. I wont be going here for anything. All she needed to do was confirm that they didnt sell them.

This is the best dispensary I've ever been to! The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have an enormous selection and are always getting in new products! They are the very picture of what a dispensary should be!

Didn’t go in thinking quality or service would be of high standard, considering where they’re located. Non the less unbelievably disappointed. If I could give half a star I would. This company isn’t about customers, it’s profit only. To have a MANAGER in the store checking a RETURN cartridge to see if it’s defected. Use no hand sanitizer, bare hands, touching the mouth piece and BLEW ON THE CARTRIDGE in the middle of a Global Pandemic... I was shocked. He then was able to get smoke out of it (on a 10v level battery) okay, that actually great. But now this man, who I just watched walk in from lunch and use no hand sanitizer in front of me after stepping on to the work floor. Had now blown and handle my cartridge in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I’m anxious, embarrassed and embarrassed that he wasn’t aware how unsanitary that was. I tried to take it to another location hoping the pen doesn’t work in order to get a new clean non contaminated pen, they referred me to the first location which I went back to and did everything I could to talk them in to a clean cartridge, sayin mine didn’t work properly. They wouldn’t, I Tossed everything away in fear. Disgusting. Here is my thoughts; A.)Things should be sanitary during this time no excuses. B.) I bought this cartridge The day before. Just over 24 hours before. I had the box, the full cartridge and the Receipt. Why wouldn’t you take care of an honest customer. But instead blame the battery. The customer and your policy. My only conclusion is they are here to make money not serve quality experiences or products.

update 12/1/2023 got baited and switched . was told bottom shelf was $2.99 , middle shelf was $5.99 i didn't want that .also was told $48 an 0z the charge was $45.50 it didn't seem right . i handed him $28 . then he said $45 i don't know why i stood there and let him just take my money not even thinking or questioning why i am getting charged twice the price. i should have said wait ,stop. but i didn't. so that's on me. will try to be more aware . , i walked back in and got a receipt but i knew i already walked out and it was too late . the transaction was done. they had the $2 gram sign out and some one went to get it. guy said sorry but still sucks . wont be going back they need to price their shit better and not switch on the price .
