La Mota - Eugene

I've been here 5 times, every time disappointing in one way or another! I had previously left a review about their lack of customer service about 5 months ago. NOTHING has changed. Was just one of 3 customers in a group of 7 separate customers that just plain decided to walk out and take our money elsewhere. 1 employee per 7 customers is a garbage business model off the bat. Add in that the one employee (a self deceived people person) doesn't seem to know when to have a conversation and when to crank out customers. (This Person referred to missing employees as "her employees") so that leads me to believe that she is a manager or owner?IDK but either way she should know how to staff and manage a business if she's going to be the front of this location. **no option to select so I'll put this here** •Not my first-time visit •Would NOT recommend (WILL recommend they stay away) •would NOT shop here again

Ugh. I usually try to find some positive points for every dispensary...but my experience at this place really left me cold. The atmosphere here feels like it's trying to do a chic minimalist sort of thing, but it just comes off with a generic, budget version of a Mac Store. Their selection of both flower and cartridges seemed lacking, and prices were certainly nothing special. The day I went there I was looking for flower, so I asked to see and smell several different strains. I literally could find nothing (even on their top shelf) that appealed to me enough to purchase a gram. Additionally, I was really unimpressed with the two girls staffing the store that day. Neither of them smiled or really made an effort to interact with me much at all. It's not that they were overtly rude, but I got the sense that it was too much effort for them to smile or chit chat. I felt somewhat unwelcome and exited without purchasing anything. This town is way too competitive as far as dispensaries go for me to patronize such a lackluster operation like this.

This place is awful. Got a pipe that broke based as their suggestion. Took forever to get a manager to resolve. I made three visits before I got an answer. NEVER a call back. Poor customer service.

First off, I thought this place looked really cool! However, after much anticipation of them opening, I was just not feeling it after I left!

If you want your bud touched by long nails and no gloves this is the place for you😂 by the manager too...

Awesome place huge selection

Awesome place! Took my buddies brother there for his 21st birthday. Awesome selection and great atmosphere. There too shelf flower is some of the best I've seen in Eugene (try the butterscotch Hawaiian) would recommend to anybody! They have something for everyone with grams from $5-16 (medical).

They have a good selection of buds for under $10 a gram. I will be back just for that. The buds I got were kinda small, but for the price what can you expect? It still looked better than the value buds at other places. The budtender was knowledgeable.

Great store if your in to get flower and that it. I have been going to La Mota for about a year. In that time I have been to other dispensaries that really stand by their products in the ease of which to return, bad wax, bad cartridges, batteries etc. So lately I have been really disappointed in both the attitudes of the staff, and the frequency of having to return product. I will not continue shopping here as I am tired of having to return stuff.

Always come here for flower and shatter best prices in town staff are helpful and polite

The service here is up there with the best in Eugene. My Budtender was very helpful and friendly. The $6 grams they sell are a really good value - Amnesia Haze for 6 bucks! It should be mentioned that they also carry a HUGE variety of flower in a store that's spacious and clean.

This place is great. The staff is friendly and they have a huge inventory with incredible prices. $6 grams of good stuff.

For my first time, I really enjoyed the location and buds selection. Friendly staff. Only thing is I ordered 1 grd of green headband and one gram of Death Star but when I got back home I looked and I got purple train wreck instead of Death Star so I was a little disappointed but mistakes happen! I will definitely go back!
