I was charged 16 dollars instead of the 14.40 very disappointed will not be ordering from you again. When I brought it to the budtenders attention I was told they round up what? I should have been charged what I was quoted on the website. Will be telling my friends and won't be ordering again.
Very new location, it had been open all of four days when I stopped in. Excellent friendly and attentive service and knowledgeable staff. Product quality is quite good as is the value to be had. A cross parking lot rivalry is brewing with LocalRoots setting up shop in the building next door.
Out of the 11 joints I ordered online only 2 were available for purchase in person the rest are for advertising display, when I got back home the products were still available to be ordered again and again even though they are not even on the shelves by the time the customer gets there for the bait the switch is made, this was supposed to be a five star review on convenience alone, now I'm just disgusted and my night is ruined, this is isn't even worth the gas wasted on a night far from high when I should be baked out of my mind by now. I've reviewed a lot of places back when I had my card and I said I was done, with the mic dropped but after this experience it brings back the bitter taste of QFC and I think I'm back...
I came to the shop because of leafly, they have leafly posters and advertising all over the shop. I came in looking for something specific they listed on leafly, the shop didn’t have it. The guy that helped me was super nice but when he had to go get help, the lady that helped him was super rude and said that leafly wasn’t reliable. Why would you advertise that you are on leafly and use it, then say it’s not accurate and act like it’s my fault that your online listing isn’t accurate. I drove all the way from parkland for this specific strain from a specific company that you guys call ones online you had in stock, even said I could order online and just pick it up. First time to this shop and I’m not sure if I’ll be back.
I've been coming here about a year, and every time I visit, the people who work at this store are super helpful. I don't know a ton about the different products, but every time I come in here and tell the person helping me what I'm looking for, I'm happy with what they recommend. I usually place orders online and then pick up, and the store always promptly confirms my order and communicates with me about any issues fulfilling it.
I actually made an online order at this place by accident but it turned out to be a happy one. Order was ready and staff was awesome and helpful. In and out in a few minutes.
The folks that work at KushMart - South Everett are some of the nicest I've ever deal with. I love their recommendations and am so grateful that when I pick a dud online they're quick to let me know when I get there & they recommend something better. They haven't steered me wrong yet. Their other Everett location is closer to me by about 15 minutes, but I like to drive out to the South Everett location for just that reason. Don't get me wrong, the folks at the Everett location are great too (l go there when I'm not buying flower) so no shade at all... The South Everett location carries a lot more variety when it comes to full ounces than the other one, so that factors in to my decision as well. You can't go wrong with either location, but South Everett is my favorite. Well done to the Kush Mart employees!
