The entire staff is more than helpful and polite! The only complaint I have is that every time I find something I like it is not available the next time I go in. Super frustrating.
Honestly this was my happy place every week but recently they've been posting stuff on their inventory that they don't even have on hand. I purchased a glass tip cartridge (forbidden fruit by Mule) and I got a regular cart. I have a screwnshot of my order showing its a GLASS tip. after picking up my order and driving the half hour back home I opened it and realized I had gotten the wrong one. I called them to ask why I had received a different kind and they went on to tell me they didn't have them and I was shit out of luck. after being a loyal customer for over 6 years this left me very upset and I don't appreciate that someone who makes weekly purchases here I trusted the owner Brandon and his staff to not screw over someone who's been supporting their business all these years. So if you just wanna go for the ambience of the place go ahead.. but trust and loyalty doesn't go far in this dispo make sure you check your orders at the store so you don't screwed over like I did.
First time going in today, amazing friendly atmosphere, tons of selection, LaRain, our budtender, was super awesome. A great place for medical patients, affordable prices, all around the best dispensary we have visited.
The staff at kindleaf are always so nice and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. The store itself is pretty clean (especially in times like these) and organized.
I really liked that they are organized and prepared. Their online order is easy and quick! Only had to wait 25 mins after placing the order. Friendly customer service and answered every question I had.
All the bud tenders are knowledgeable and most efficient. During this pandemic I have opted to use the pick up window and I’ve never had to wait more a matter of seconds for service when the window was unoccupied. And a plus is you get 5% off using it!
