Kind Care Of Colorado (REC)

I went medical and this place makes me regret it. The med side is so neglected. The bud tenders assume I want to get as high as possible for as cheap as possible and that’s not why I medicate. The choices on the med side are laughable and the quality of the flower is the worst I’ve ever seen. Loose leaf and stems and all! My weed has not been this bad since high school. Why there is no flower high in CBD on the med side will never make sense to me (sometimes it’s on the rec side though for some reason). He staff are nice enough but obviously under educated in the industry and I find myself correcting them on topics often. When they opened he new building I expected a step up but it gets worse each time I go in. They often don’t have pre rolls either though they are advertised. They will not transfer my points from recreational to med either so I lost 100 points. I used to love this place now it’s just the place to go if you want to get high and don’t care about quality. I will be taking my med card elsewhere.

Had a very negative first time experience. The host, Scott was so rude during check in, I ended up leaving. I was surprised this man was working in customer service.

KindCare was my first (and until now only) shop. I had a very unpleasant visit a few weeks ago where the receptionist was very rude and insulting to my mother (who is medically frail and recovering from a double mastectomy). Mom gave the receptionist her out of state medical card instead of drivers license by accident. When I tried to explain, the receptionist scoffed and just kept repeating that "you do know you are in Colorado now right?" Then we discovered mom's drivers license had expired two weeks earlier while she was in hospital. (This made the receptionist laugh again) My mother was very embarrassed and wanted to leave. I told the receptionist that I understood what she was trying to say but thought she could have been nicer about it. This is far from the whole story but amongst other things, the receptionist refused to return my ID card. In fact, she and told me to "get it myself" from behind the counter while she brought other customers into the store. I can't believe that is normal behavior because I have only had positive experiences there and have historically referred all my friends and family to KindCare. I don't leave negative reviews as a rule...however...I privately emailed KindCare with a full explanation and have received no reply. Just because marijuana shops are a relatively 'new' business does not preclude professionalism and common courtesy. There are other places to go, management might do well to remember that.

Garbage. Gives you the run around on medical. Go across the street.

I love it! The store is a little small at the moment so there are occasional wait times during the day, but you will find that anywhere. Their prices are competitive, competitive enough that I started visiting there regularly over the past month. The staff are super friendly and looking to help. And, of course, the bud is dope! They have a decent selection on the recreational side and regularly seem to procure new strains (I haven't visited the medical side). They also have a lot of edibles to choose from, including some brands I haven't seen elsewhere (I'm thinking some Sublime and Snoop brands). I say it's worth the visit, especially if you're living south side of town!

The atmosphere of this place is a little bit cluttered and industrial but the people who work here are very nice well informed budtenders. The flowers are good, I have tried their Durban Poison preroll which was definitely a good strain of Durban and their ICED Grapefruit which actually was really pleasantly suprising. All in all it is a shop with above average flowers great people and a boring ambiance.

KindCare employees are always helpful and know their stuff. Nick was a pleasure to work with. Of all the other places I've tried here in Fort Collins, this has the most comfortable atmosphere and the best service!

I've been going to Kind Care for a couple months. I've been to most of the dispensaries in FC, but Kind Care is my favourite and the dispensary I always frequent. The budtenders are super friendly and the bud is good quality.

Our favorite dispensary in all of Colorado. They are one of the only places to accept credit cards for a minimal fee and they just require you to be part of their loyalty program. Every time we go in they treat us very well, and even tho it's quick, they have a conversation and really offer choices for whatever our needs are. They also have fantastic cannabis products and the best bud that I have gotten for such a great price. We got the pleasure of working with Christy and she really knew her stuff and let us inspect and smell. She was very friendly, very patient, excellent customer service and she even got us a strain they were out of but went and found one left. Also it was great to hear she's been here for 2 years. Means the awesome staff are treated well. They are expanding and their new parking lot and buildings next door look incredible.

I have been in a few times and have always had excellent service. You never feel rushed or bad for asking questions, and you definitely don’t feel like you’re being herded out the door. They have great prices, great product, great staff, and great specials!

Been going to KCOC since i moved to colorado last year. I've been pretty much everywhere else now, and i have to say Kind Care takes the win. Best staff, best buds, best atmosphere, and best over all system in place. I love getting to see and smell the buds, then watch them actually weigh and portion my selection, i always know i am getting what i wanted. The budtenders are the kindest, coolest people i have met and by now all know me by name (Bryan). I cannot recommend Kind Care enough. Seriously check them out, you won't regret it!

the shop is a little small but the staff is very friendly & helpful. I got some Major Tom from them & woah what a high. I will definitely be back to try more of what they have to offer.
