Extremely friendly staff and great atmosphere: this place is like a bank, crossed with an Apple Store and a head shop. It helps that this location is extremely close to where I live but even if I was from the other side of the city, Keystone would still be my favorite dispensary in Philly. Lots of discounts and promotions available. Very cool!

Keystone shops is superb in both quality of product and quality of bud tenders. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. I get all of my questions answered and tons helpful suggestions both on products and methods while receiving no judgement. The atmosphere is clean and "boutique" feeling. This is my preferred dispensary.

My first time experience was cool being as tho what’s going on in the world they are very cautious service was quick second I went it was busy so of the wait time was longer but I must say they have the best quality & variety

When I go to get medicine for my PTSD, I don't want to have to deal with a security guard playing rent-a-cop over parking spaces. It's generally a well run establishment but I'll take my money elsewhere.

Okay so the 1st time I ever walked in a dispensary was here, I was hype as hell ran into a pretty energetic dude, forget his name but he briefly explained how the menu read and told me cause I’m a new patient I was getting 30% off so I was pretty excited. But then he set me up with a pretty bland tender, 2nd time I was there I got him again. I dunno I just ain’t feeling his vybz. There is a young lady in there that didn’t serve me, but had over heard me and was super helpful and friendly I love people like her and the dude I 1st met in there. Pretty cool deals on pens, and tinchers here but nothing else. No cool points, diamonds, or frequent customer rewards. Inside is nice bright, clean, plenty of parking. Oh yeah and DEBIT they take debit, that’s like a blessing and a curse at once ! However ONLINE ordering sucks, the menu is dumb, it’s set up silly and everything you can get in the store you can’t get on the menu, and you can’t pay online. That sucks

Keystone Shops is by far one of the best dispensaries I have frequented. Always a wonderful experience- never wait, good selection, great service. Mike D. And Liz are so knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. These guys are the best!

Best dispensary for LLR carts in the area.

I just got my medical card this week and Keystone in South Philly was the 1st place I visited. I was nervous and a little overwhelmed when walking in. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. I was waited on by Deb and she put my fears to rest as she guided me through the various products. At no time did I feel like I was a burden with all my questions. She took the time to listen to them and give me answers. She, along with the others I talked to are an asset to your store. I will absolutely be back.

Can't say it enough this is the place to be! The staff alone is a great reason why to go here. Also the curb side pickup is easy as long as you make an order ahead of time online you make their jobs easier and more efficient. The menu is always having new product or deals so I keep up on the menu daily. I also check the menu at open so I might see way more product then someone checking an hour before close. Keystone is the place to be. Love you guys!
