Delta 9 PA by Keystone Integrated Care - Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville

I’ve been to many dispensaries and waited on by many bud tenders but no one comes close to the friendliness helpfulness and hospitality of Shawn from Keystone Integrated Care. Example I came and ended up being two dollars short and he actually took time to go over the menu and figure out what I could still and have it be as much as I originally wanted but couldn’t afford . He helped me with cheaper priced things some of which weren’t up on the menu so I was able to go in there not have enough and he spent time figuring out how to get me as close to what I wanted as possible and he did! And even have me back $2! This guy was amazingly helpful both times he’d waited on me and he gets my vote for employee of the month or if they don’t do that then at least he should get Real Ass Dude Of The Week! Thanks Shawn! Great place to go in Pittsburgh. They staff is well appointed, friendly and sincerely interested in their customers. Seems like a hidden secret right now until everyone finds it.

Love this place! Good menu, good location, fast service and a caring staff. They answer the phone!!!! Always have product even dry flower and make time for patients questions or even a quick chat. Clean and Zen!

You can get in and out very quickly if you read the menu and prepare any questions you might have before you walk in. Great service

I found this location to be friendly, well stocked, and speedy. The menu seems to have a wider range of budget options without needing to go a specific day of the week for discounts on specific items. I live across the street so I'd probably default here anyway, but for those driving there is a large parking lot. They do accept debit transactions ATM style for the same cost as taking cash out of any other ATM. In and out really quick; and their intake form is on an iPad so legibility isn't an issue for patients with tremors as a symptom.

Best people around. Wish they could have brought a few People over but this place is amazing. Staff, product availability. Everything. Love my man TJ

D9 Lawrenceville has been my go to since the day they opened. Their customer service is impeccable. You won't get better service from any budtenders at any other surrounding dispensary. That being said, due to the concentrate drought they've been taking a hit on product lately. They are always stocked on flower though! I can't recommend a dispensary more so than I do D9!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, super clean and roomy waiting/ information area. On site parking area in site of their security guards. Unlike some others. I’ve been going back since my first time dealing with Delta-9. Best dispensary I’ve been in in 2 years. John S

This location is great! The staff is friendly. When I went, there wasn't a wait. I got in and out super fast. There is also a great supply of products!

Went for the first time today and will absolutely recommend going if you are new to all of this. Super friendly helpful staff. Once you do the simple sign in process a very knowledgeable staff takes you to help make guide you through the process. Items recommend were spot on.
