Keystone Shops, King of Prussia location is a very nice and clean atmosphere. From the security guards to the staff, they are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are always willing to take the time to help you pick out the products that will work best for your illness or ailments.

I found Keystone Shops of KOP to be easily accessible with plenty of parking. I'm always greeted by a friendly employee at the door. They made my first experience at a dispensary easy and enjoyable. The initial registration with them only took minutes and each time I am there now to visit, I never wait too long. I like their online ordering system as well. Keystone also knows the trends and they are on top of their social media so you always know what is in stock there. I have a dispensary closer to my house than KS, but I go a little out of my way to vist here because I like their staff. From the receptionists to their budtenders, all are very pleasant and down to earth, providing great advice and some education as to what each product is.

This was my first dispensary I visited once I received my card and was not at all disappointed. I wish went on my first visit with more time to spare to ask all the questions I had as born-again THC consumer. The staff, atmosphere and products are top notch. I’ve even left with some Keystone swag at times, stickers, water bottles and I’ve seen some customers get a sweat comfy blanket that I would love to get my hands on !!! Thank you Keystone Shops for your active community participation also!!!!! Much love fam!!

I feel as though the price on the cartridges was higher than the other dispensary I visited. Also, I wasnt very impressed by the help of the person behind the counter. I feel that I should have had a consultation with the pharmacist first.

Fast, polite service, I'm always happy to stop in to Keystone. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help with questions or with trying a new product. Very accessible to customers with anxiety; as this is my main symptom, I'm grateful to the staff. Keystone's prices are also locally competitive and they usually have a good deal to help with stocking up on favorite strains.

I love this place. People are great and they get in and out as fast as possible. Best time is to get there early morning, you will be there for literally 3 to 5 mins.

Waiting area is super small and when busy. It's crazy but other than that. Greta vibes and staff is awesome
