Good people fast service

A year and a half ago, I came to Keystone Shops for the first time. It was my first time even stepping foot in a dispensary, and the friendly, well-informed employees immediately set my mind at ease. I've been to many dispensaries since then, but Keystone Shops is still my favorite of all time. With no ridiculous caps, actually fair prices, and outstanding customer service, Keystone Shops is my go-to for my medicating needs; so much so that i end up there on a practically daily basis!

I love Keystone, they always have a great selection and they’re super friendly.

All of the staff is wonderful-- v knowledgeable on various strains and methods of consumption. The doctor is so kind and comforting! Everyone makes me feel really welcomed, including the main desk/security. They all deserve the acknowledgment, I never leave unhappy!

Every time I shop here the staff is so happy and informative. Today was no exception, Jamie was a big help. Tried to order online but had too many questions.

Keystone was great at one point in time. However by now, the service is terrible, wait is ridiculous, and the atmosphere every time I’m there is miserable. It seems no one wants to be there, including the employees. Highly recommend shopping with terravida, rise, beyond / hello, or herbology. Everything’s cheaper elsewhere, they have reward systems set up elsewhere and there’s much shorter lines elsewhere. If you got time and money to burn, Keystone’s the perfect place for you.

A bunch of morons work there I put an order in. On line to save time It said it would be $147 Then when I got ther I inquired about senior discount and they said I can receive some then they billed. Me $165 I asked what was wrong and it seem like somebody picked the wrong Madison I was there an hour and a half the girl was so nervous she was horrible. I go to lots of dispensaries and have a lot a good relationships. At first they blamed it on the technology, but then they admitted that someone picked the wrong item I will never shop here again due to the incompetence

Keystone Devon always has a good selection of various products/strains. Everyone I've spoken to there has been kind and informative. Have never been inside due to Covid-19 procedures. The curbside pickup runs smoothly and I like that I can place an online order and have it ready to go when I get there. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I like this place but just wish there were a rewards program or something along those lines. the bud tenders are all nice and I've had good conversation.

Location is excellent. Building is small. I recommend this place all the time! Love the staff!
