Kaleafa Cannabis Co. - Gresham

This little blonde girl and some other guy gave me attitude and still do every single time I come in. Now I do admit I was on phone but I told them i am purchasing something for him because he is disabled and lives on the 3rd floor of an apartment. As I check out with them being very rude and I ask hey “why he so mad? Did he just get here or something”? Her response was no your just on your phone and extremely rude. I was so blown away I literally just turned around with my mind blow cuz I was saying thank you and being polite. I HAVE never ever received this ongoing problem anywhere else but here. Only reason I keep comming back is because they have a good selection hope your experience is better than mine.

Door man was visibly upset people kept coming in, pretty rude to each person. Prices are meh. Selection is good, but over priced. There is much better around this area.

I visited the Kaleafa in Gresham and was almost helped by a short blonde girl that works there. She acted like it was a bother to help me pick out my concentrate, and when I asked about the consistency of the product I was buying she assured me that I would be happy with it. I took it out when I got home and it was like water and running out into the package it came in. I will never go back. They’re rude, their product sucks, and they would have to lie about to get you to buy it.

hands down the best shop in the Gresham/Troutdale area, maybe even PDX. The prices here far outmatch any other shop in town, and the selections are premium and there are a lot of options. So far the staff have been really friendly and have made great recommendations, and they keep me coming back. This will be my new go to shop, I tend to stay a loyal customer to whomever treats me the best and Kaleafa definitely stole my business away from Nectar in Gresham. keep it up guys, can't wait to watch you grow!

I love this shop! Never had a bad experience. The manager is amazing and helped me out today after a mixup. He went above and beyond to make things right and I couldn't be happier with both the service and selection. I love going in and talking with the budtenders. Highly recommended ❤

thanks for screwing your ommp customers over. 1st none of the budtenders tell me about ringing the bell so I don't have to wait in line. then when I come into town, 4 hours away, to shop for meds, the ring doorbell service is just for pick up. awesome. looks like I'll be going back to Nectar, where they actually care about their ommp customers and their health.

Favorite dispensary around I’ve been when there a bit of a line but they got through it super quick and my bud tender was more than happy to stay with me and answer all my (many) questions! Also have pretty good daily deals especially on Sundays.

Twice ive gotten home to open my exit bag and low and behold Im missing grams of dabs. Budtenders have sticky fingers. Be prepared to get ripped of. Ok dab prices but you only get 4/5 of what you pay for.

Usually my favorite place to go. But tonight was terrible. The service was slow and not knowledgeable. Usually I can see and smell the product I was not allowed this evening. Was told they would smell it and describe it for me. I’m there twice a week or more and I always can look at and smell before I buy. This was terrible I walked out and went elsewhere. I mean if I had got something she “described” and didn’t like it could I bring it back? Is it worth my time or theirs? I just want to see and smell what I’m buying.

The guy with the beard and hat is very rude and unprofessional

The customer service was appalling here. I stopped in and the lady working that 'helped' me was so stoned she was hardly any help. I waited for 20 minutes to be misinformed about CO2 cartridges (which are full spectrum). I understand employees need to medicate, but you still need to be able to do your job.

I LOVE this location. I have been to other Kaleafas and I love how they have things laid out at this location. Super clean and easy to understand. Everyone their is super friendly and knowledgeable. AND they have and Awesome selection of extracts ❤️

Had to do an exchange due to an error and they said no refunds but the manager would credit the account for the next purchase. I offered to use the credit right then, but he said I would have to wait. Next time I go in, they say the return never took place. Time for a new shop.

I went in to buy oil. I specifically told the person helping me that I was looking for 1 gram. I didn't feel like he could have really misunderstood that at that time. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of a first time visitor as I left with product. I have not been in a dispensary for years, especially not in this state. I was quoted a price when I was talking to the person who was helping me and then told nearly double the price was due at the register. I found that the person helping me put two grams in my bag when I left and checked my product later. I figured that something must have happened such as a hefty tax was not included in the original quoted price but that clearly wasn't what happened. The business may have screwed me this visit as a first time customer but I won't be returning with this horrible service. If I say 1 gram like what happened then sell me 1 gram. The products were not the same brand so I figured that he was intentionally not interested in delivering quality customer service. If he was interested in that then he would have listened to what I was asking. Maybe it is my fault for not visiting Oregon dispensaries much but this is why I refuse to visit them much. The customer service needs to improve.

no complaints had to wait a little in line for the obvious reasons, the (Grand Opening) clean shop welcome to the neighbor hood. I would say great service and they had my strains I wanted from leafly. will be coming back 100%.

The quality was great there is a large selection of strains and and quality, more than some of the competing dispensary’s in Gresham. I’m also a medical marijuana patient and am under the age of 21 the receptionist told me I was allowed because I’m not 21 I laughed at her and asked her if I was her first medical marijuana patient she had to ask her manager the manager did not know so he had to call someone to find out. So after waiting 20 minuets just to get confirmation I was almost about to just go down the street to swed.co until she told me about the 15% off discount. Oh and medical patients don’t have discounts like other dispensary’s in the area:/ I would go back, maybe not my #1 go to place but I like it and would suggest to a friend! (Oh ps, they have complimentary fountain drinks!)

I can't believe Kaleafa allows this location to run the way it does. Just terrible. Menu is always outdated. THC % on menu doesn't match what's sold. If you try to use the pre-order you can't order cartridges or pre-rolls because they don't list any. The employees get high on the clock on the property. They close earlier than the listed time. The phone number listed isn't even to the correct location. Seriously Kaleafa, do you even give a sh*t about how horrible this location does?

This is the only dispensary I visit now!! Always great quality for great prices!! And the folks that work there(especially the ladies) have all become like friends! Check it out, you won't be sorry!!
