Weird apartment location, but close to home. Decent prices. Open early, a plus for those whose days do not start at 10:00. Staff is cordial, not gushy and retail-phony like some places. Good bud. I like the waterproof, childproof bag they give you -- bring it back for a discount!

These employees do not wear masks!!! Do not give your money to this place of business. Twice now I have gone there and the man working there is not wearing a mask. The first time, I was flustered and didn't know how to react. This time I put my foot down and refused to pay for my online order I had placed and left. It disgusts me that a place of buiness such as K9 Chronic would allow their staff to be on the clock and public facing and not require them to wear a mask. This is the most basic way to protect the lives of one another in our community, and is a sign of intelligence and respect for those around you. Clearly this company does not care if the people in their community stay safe from an uncontained virus. They just lost my business for life. Nobody likes wearing the masks, but we do it to save lives.

This was my second time to K9 Chronic, and I love it there. I walked up to the store, had the door opened for me and greeted immediately. I always enjoy briefly small talking with the staff-- be it about fun tattoos we have or a random story. I love that it's all family that works there. Today they had 3 or 4 new strains. I decided to try out their strain "Sour Nightmare" and am pleased with the quality. There prices are the cheapest near here (as far as I have found)..and from what I have experienced around town are pretty average priced.

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and didnt break my bank. No waiting at all. Picked up some Trainwreck, and it is as good as it gets. Also grabbed some MaxiHaze(high cbd) and must say it was probably the best looking and tasting cbd strain that I've had. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, and over the top customer service. The owners and staff are great to work with and I most certainly will be back and intend on having a long relationship with this store.

Outstanding store! Knowledgeable, friendly budtender; great prices for the quality (and a fantastic attitude that leans more toward the mission than the profit, as I'm confident will become apparent on 1-4-16 when the Taxman cometh); very convenient location that offers a lot of discretion for those who may desire; and the best operating hours--by far--in the Eugene/Springfield area. After a few months of testing the recreational retail waters, my new go-to, likely my permanent go-to.

The springfield GO-TO spot for sure. Staff is all very helpful in person and even spoke to them a few times over the phone to get questions answered about what was available. Very glad to see that theSunday 5$ Specials that went on since i've been going in October are still around and they even opened up more 6$ prerolls all week long :) Thanks guys stick around don't know what we'd do w/o you.

The budtenders are legit. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Large selection of strains. Kinda feels like black market drug house tho... The hostess up front is horrid. Very rude and seems like she is stoned out of her mind.

By far the best dispensary. Delivery is badass. Product is high quality also. People that work there know their stuff and are educated on the products, and don't make you feel dumb for asking "stupid" questions.

Good quality weed and nice folks, but their prices are pretty high compared to the places I've been in Eugene.

Knowledgeable, friendly, GOOD QUALITY, takes credit/debit cards without a surcharge, 15% discount to active and prior service military. I like the place and their integrity. The Oxbow is off the charts! Aside: Anybody complaining about the tax on a $5 gram from.these guys is an idiot or a competitor poisoning the well.

The staff is amazing and the location is convenient since I live nearby and I can stop by on my way to WinCo. I've been to shops in Eugene but they seem kind of pretentious. This is the only place I shop.

One of the best dispensaries in town if not the best. Some of the best prices, great quality flower, great employee's, knowledgeable employee's, and theres free arcades games you can play in the waiting room if busy OH YA!!!

I want to update my 1st review of this dispensary as my opinion has totally changed. Don't want to be mean so, all I will say is I will never go in here again after trying to give this place try after try, it just didn't work for me.

They were so awesome! Super friendly & let me bring my dog in, they even pet her & gave her treats. Definitely a great experience with good vibes. Lighting up the blunt right now 👌🏻

Do not go here. Their prices are a joke and the male staff are sketchy and like to short people on their change. It happened to me twice. Their oil always tastes like rubber and they rush you and are rude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dispensary.

Shopping here was a great experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rating system includes atmosphere, although there's not much atmosphere to speak of at K-9 Chronic. I wouldn't say it's a bad thing though, it's just a simple little place. Also, the bud tender gave me his honest opinion about the strain I was looking for, which is much appreciated. I would definitely buy here again.
