Justice Grown - Edwardsville

Justice Grown is my absolute favorite dispensary to shop at. The atmosphere is great, products are good quality and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Most times I go, I talk to Justin. He helped me tremendously my first visit with explaining different products, what will help my symptoms and is always there to answer any question I have!

Very excited for this locally owned business. The service is very good, each person working tries to help and if they dont know they ask each other and share knowledge. Management is very hands on and if I had a problem feel they are completely accesible. Its clean and friendly inside. Unfortunately for JG the quality of the product they have access to is not up to par. Once that changes its all aces for them. Highly suggest this place

Visited this dispensary for the first time today and I was extremely impressed with their large selection and outstanding customer service, specifically Helen. Of all the PA dispensaries I have visited, today was my first experience with what I believe to be a true budtender. Helen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to seamlessy blend my needs as a patient with the my specific wants as a true fan and supporter of this medicine. I swear she was practically reading my mind! Justice Grown is by no means the closest dispensary to my home, but I will be making many return trips thanks to their outstanding service. Thank you!!!!

Very knowledgable and welcoming. Having used this medicine for 40 plus years, I was a bit apprehensive about the first purchase. They made it easy. No nervousness needed. I would love to see more " Prime " live resi carts. Prime is exactly what it's name says. The only 2 problems I have found and it's not on the dispensary, is the flower is cured terribly. Sad to say even prime needs some help here. I can't understand how they put so much time and effort into their concentrates and skimp on the flower. Travisty. It tends to taste like hay. Common issue for less then properly cured flower and the last gram of shatter I purchased was crumble, lol. The paper was soaking wet. No way it was packaged as shatter.

They sell defective cartridges. Tell patients “All sales are final” and it’s up to the customer to call Ilera Healthcare themselves regarding exchanges. When Ilera rep filed all paperwork and submitted it to Justice Grown, the useless pharmacist and the pea brain manager use every excuse in the book to not exchange necessary medication when the customer does what they say and Ilera tells them to accept the exchange. That’s bad business to take peoples money, sell defective product then hide behind locked doors and security to do absolutely nothing but make lies and excuses. It’s the business choice why they’re not accepting refunds which is far from how a dispensary operates. Call any dispensary and they tell you they’ll gladly exchange it and will even file the necessary paperwork Justice Grown tells you to do on your own, yet when it’s completed within hours of the sale it’s (5) days later and they still REFUSE to exchange their defective product when they know they are supposed to. Yet for Justice Grown, they make up lies that it’s “State Regulations” which It’s not. No business has any business selling patients medication, then leave them high and dry when their product doesn’t even work. Shame on them for not doing what a REAL business or a REAL pharmacy would and that is to ensure the “PATIENT” gets the “PRESCRIPTION” they paid for. I can say this was my go to place, never again. Not after seeing how a so called “pharmacist” will tell you she doesn’t care that you have NO medicine because they sold faulty product. Her words, “Not my problem.” Sorry, that’s NO pharmacist, that’s just another henchman for Highway robbery. She should lose her “Weedology card” and they should get someone in they’re that actually works for their patients, not a rich dispensary or owner that’s in it purely for the money. Hence the “All sales are final” and the “we don’t care demeanor” Flat our, said or not, they made it clear it’s ONLY about their money.

Stop by and check them out. These people are about helping people with medical marijuana. They make sure you aren't going to get something that is going to adversely affect someone. I went to ethos and Columbia... They dont ask most of the time and even if so, the nod and continue with the transaction. Bro, I just told you I have anxiety and you say this sativa flower with .76% terpineoline will be good after work at 8pm.... Not so much. Thier people give a crap!

The tall, quite military guy is gem. He knows his stuff, can relate and super easy to talk too. I'll be back for him too
